Very incompetent staff! I attempted to order through the drive thru lane. I sat there for 10 minutes behind another vehicle. I... sat there another ten minutes after that car pulled away. I tried to get them to answer on the intercom but to no avail, theyignored me. I then pulled up to the window and was told they were not taking orders due to 3 new cooks. They could have at leastput a sign up on the order board! I lead a successful team and we are expected to have more consideration for our customers!! Read more

Food is always hot and fresh. Service is sometimes slow. I usually order through the app, and sometimes it takes 30 min or so... for a burger and drink. I don't mind waiting because I know it's going to be fresh, but some may not. Read more

Awful experience. Drive in and pull into a stall. Of course it's broken cuz they never repair them. Pull into the next stall and... press the button. Wait over 5 mins and still no answer. Go to the drive thru instead and as I'm waiting at the speaker (no oneelse in line), someone pulls into a stall and presses the button to an immediate response. So I pull up to the window where theyFINALLY take my order. Which consists of a 2 for 5 and 2 drinks. They leave the window for a few minutes before coming back andasking for my order again. Then they leave the window for more minutes and come back and ask AGAIN! pretty sure they were tryingto just frustrate me. There were probably a total of 4 or 5 cars there so it wasn't a rush or anything, just workers not caringabout customers or their job. Read more

Worker swiped card upside down. Claimed chip failure. Took card to back of store. I was telling them this is improper when they... cut me off by saying they could read the card wherever they want. Another worker passed the food. And yet another worker said Iwas the only customer to ever complain about this as she slammed the window closed and kept the receipt. I closed my bankaccount. I opened another and am in process of contacting all my automatic payment accounts. All for a burger and indigestionfrom rudeness and stress. If they photograph the card they can clean you out in one evening of online shopping!!! Read more

The most inconsistent restaurant in this town. Have tried multiple times to order onion rings recently only to be told they are... completely out. When I do finally catch them available I get a pile of smashed soggy scraps. The chicken strips my wife anddaughter ordered were barely bigger than McDonald's nuggets. The gravy that came with them looked to have been sitting sincebreakfast. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe it. Read more

This Sonic, not the one one the strip, is horrible. Thought it would be great to have one close to my house, but when you order... through the app, most of the time it can't go through. Their excuse is the system is backed up, however it still changed myaccount. Had to wait a couple days to get that money back. The app doesn't tell you it changed you but didn't put the order in,so I did it a couple times trying to get my order to go through, so I actually had 3 erroneous charges that I had to waiton. I'd say 85% of the time, our order is wrong. Even just simple drinks. If you order on the app and it doesn't work, theystill won't discount you the half off drinks (like it's my fault it doesn't work or something). Half of their drive in menuesdon't work. It's just bad all around. The other sonic, seems to run smooth. Sad I gotta go across town for sonic when there'sone a block away... Read more

Typical sonic. Didn?t get some of our food. Edit: 7/16/21. I just left you another review. Y?all need shut down. It?s... ridiculous to think you would even charge anyone to eat that slop y?all send out. Managers beware inspections are coming. Read more
