This location isn?t that old and it already has gone down hill. Needs better management. Employees give attitude and make drinks... wrong. UPDATE - we?ve been here like 2-3 times after because only one in town. Today same guy that has been rude to my wife andhad attitude now has made my drink and there was metal in it today he said it was a pull tab from the milk they use but stillhow did it end up in my drink. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and interacted well with the customers. Many of them seemed like they are repeat... customers or they just treat them like it. I wish there were more comfy seats BUT that?s a minor detail. Some they seem likehard workers and I got to overhear the leadership talking about their rating or metrics and they were all excited about theimprovements they achieved. Of course I don?t have a clue what it meant but you could see they were excited. It showed me theytake pride in their jobs. It?s hard to find that these days! I?m not really a Starbucks fan generally just a PSL fan. But if allof them were like this store it?d be great. Also this place doesn?t seem to force the leftist agenda. The person running the windows was very friendly and only had smiles the whole interaction with me. We had just got the free... birthday drink for my wife and his attitude very well made us want to come back again! Fast service and was able to park just intime to watch the firework show that day. Employees just don?t care. Horrible service. We get the same drink and it?s nasty 4 out of 5 times you get it. I asked for a... refund cause I?m tired of paying for expensive drinks that keep being made wrong. Employee had attitude but did give the refund. Read more
Changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 star, I'm so irritated and will never be back to this location. They are so inconsistent... with making the same "menu" drink that I've gotten for almost 2 years now, and this morning was the straw that broke the camel'sback. I drove well out of my way to get Starbucks, they handed my my drink I nicely asked them to remake it because it was allcreamer, when I asked for just a splash. The remade the exact same thing all cream no coffee, or maybe they tried to give me theother one again. But they laughed it off and it didn't bother them. So I asked for my money back and drove off. They're answerwas "well the cream is mixing" no, no it's not I come here all the time and get the drink 75% of the time correctly made. So Iknow you can layer it. They do not pay attention to the stickers on the cup bc I payed for 2 extra shots yet again today and did not get them in my... frap. I get same drink everyday from there...literally every single day, so I know what the drink looks and tastes and settleslike when they are a normal frap or a frap with 6 pumps Carmel syrup plus 2 shots and extra caramel drizz. I know for a factthey did not get it right and it's been happening so much lately this is the 4th time within 2 months so I am done spending mymoney here. Not to mention that when I mention they messed up there is never any offer for a correction or anything. Editingthis review to say the assistant manager made it right for me and I have just been making sure to ask that they read the stickeron the cup.
