The woman working the indoor counter tonight (10/31/22 at 9:45pm) is a boss. I drove by an hour earlier and saw they were... swamped. They still were when I got there, but she was professional and considerate even though she must have been working inthat stressful environment for hours. They forgot my freeze for barely a minute but she still went out of her way to get it andgive me "make it right" coupons. Basically just wanted to shout out her amazing customer service skills. ???? The employees are always the nicest to talk to. I haven't had any order issues or mix ups with food and they remember the hot... sauce every time. I haven't eaten inside in a while so I'm not sure how it looks. Read more
It was terrible. Every table was dirty. Floors were not swept. When my husband got our food, he told them not one clean table.... A male teenager was asked to clean tables. He got three napkins and lightly dusted three tables but stood at the second onestaring at it for two minutes, then wet his finger to pick at something on the table. Tables he dusted with dry napkins werestill dirty. As I was leaving, my husband pointed out all the window sills had about 15 dead flies, and three flies kept flyingaround us when trying to eat. As we left, we noticed a child?s high chair was extremely dirty and still had food crumbs in thechair. I took pictures of everything and will be reporting it to the Taco Bell headquarters. With dinning are looking likethis, I?m afraid what the back in cooking station might look like or the bathrooms. We will never eat here again. Read more
I ordered on the app to save time. I goofed up on my order and didn't customize my drink, I was just gonna purchase another and... pay for it separately, but the manager went ahead and upgraded my drink this one time since she understood how confusingtechnology could be. ???? The first time I had chalupa in my life was at Taco Bell and it was the best ever. Every time after that it's like eating a... soccer ball leather. I will never order anything but the hard tacos from there again because they are never changing in quality. Read more

My daughter likes to grab lunch here...she likes the soft tacos...I like the burritos. Both r great. Service has always been... very friendly...quick...and accommodating here. The restaurant is always clean....tables r always clean...which us a huge plus.(Nobody likes to eat at a dirty table). Keep up the excellent service Read more
