Recently I've watched the lying pos behind the counter ring multiple people up for things they weren't buying... only a dollar... or 2 extra (but it didnt matter how many people called him out, he kept doing it) then he tried charging me double for a bottledwater when I was only getting one... first he tried telling me the double charge was the same and it was buy one get one free.Then he said it was a "crv" charge (recycling value)... the sign said one for 1.79 or 2 for 2.22... I was charged 3.58 for 1...used to come here a lot, but the service keeps going downhill, and the employees keep getting more and more shady. Read more
Worst worker ever and terrible experience on our vacation. On Saturday June 12 2021 during the afternoon my son was targeted and... so was my cousin by the staff member there. He was unaware until I heard him speak to my cousin very rudely. My son is learningsocial skills because he is in the spectrum and my cousin noticed that the clerk was following him and the clerk even toldanother customer who was wearing yellow gloves to watch him and her. I was infuriated but I have taught my son to be civilbecause he will be easily targeted. His disability and all of the above make him a target and I wish people would be moremindful of others. A situation like this can be very damaging. Thanks to my beautiful cousin for catching on when I was busygrabbing everyone their favorite snacks. Everyone else have been nothing but sweet and nice and I do not associate this oneperson and location with the wonderful people who live here. Everything and everyone else is extremely wonderful. My husband and I visit all the time, but were so disappointed today. The store is not clean and not what it should be in the... time of Covid. Expired date milk in the refrigerator and very unpleasant cashier this morning. These guys can easily do somuch better! Read more
Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I was trying to buy a nicotine product and was asked for ID. No problem, I'm... 22 and have a California driver's license. I've never had any issues with this ID or buying 21+ products. The cashier wasquestioning my age and asked me to remove my mask. I complied just to be rung up without the nicotine product. I tried to paybut realized what I wanted wasn't rung up. When I asked him to ring it up he said something about calling someone to verify myID. He showed me the phone and he was dialing 911. I told him that wasn't necessary and that he should just scan my ID. Insteadanother cashier rung me up again without the nicotine product and told me "they didn't believe I was 21 so they wouldn't sell itto me." I refused to buy the other items and left very frustrated. They were rude and tried twice to charge me for an item theywouldn't sell me. I left and went to the next 7/11 down the road just to be met with more issues as this store had clearlycalled the next store. They asked if I wanted the product before I asked for it and questioned me again about my age. I simplytold them to scan my ID. I said I would just go somewhere else if they wouldn't let me purchase something I can legally purchaseand then was given better service. Trying to call 911 on me for using my actual California driver's license is beyond ridiculousand not only was my time wasted but all the other people in the store had to wait. I've never encountered something like thisand find it extremely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this 7/11 there is another one 5 minutes down the road that iscleaner and has far better customer service. I truly wish I could give less than one star, worst service I've ever received. Read more
Clean, spacious, wide assortment of food items...very impressed. Not a 7-11 shopper by trade...but very impressed by displays... and merchandise. quality. I don't care if clerks don't ask me anything... Read more
I stopped in here a few times to pick up drinks while in the Tahoe area on vacation. Strangely, they were always out of straws.
