I just paid for a $15 Steak and cheese sandwich... it was ice cold. don't eat here..

Map was showing the store is open until 4pm but when I got there at 3:25, they were closed.

Sandwich artist touched his mask (nose) , then my food while making my sandwich. I told him that I was unable to take the sand... which and apologized. He said nothing, set the sandwhich aside, quickly changed his gloves and continued making my daughterssandwich. He did not apologize nor offer to make a new one for me. I apologized, again while paying for my daughter?s food. (Hehad changed gloves while making hers.) He said nothing. Not sure if this was the owner but that was my impression. He seemedinconvenienced and not happy with either his job or business or possibly both. Read more

I wish this had a rating star of 0. I had the worst experience at this location. The server, Reyann, is terrible! She had an... attitude the whole time and was laughing as we were putting in our orders. She rolled her eyes during the whole time. Thislocation definitely needs a new server! Worst subway experience so far. I've eaten in 2 other countries. The place didn't have a working credit card machine and we had... to order online, but once we went in to collect it, the order wasn't even started and took over 45 minutes to get me my 4 subs.The place is heavily understaffed and the stress is getting to the employees and they were very rude to each other and to thecustomers as well. TLDR: 4 subs took 45 minutes, very rude employees. Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a subway. As a fast food worker myself, I completely understand food being delayed due to many... orders being placed at a time. However, I waited in line for 20 minutes. And when I say waited, I mean stood without moving,because the two employees in store were focused on one online order of six sandwiches for 20 minutes. They didn?t attend to asingle customer in the line while they were working on it. This is an absolutely terrible method of balancing online andin-store orders. On top of this, when I finally was able to order, it took another ten minutes for them to sort out my twosandwiches with very little toppings on them. Ranch was accidentally put on one instead of mayo, which I honestly don?t mind, asthey fixed it quickly, but shouldn?t have happened. When paying my order was $6 more than what I was initially told it wouldbe. I would like to make it clear that while I do feel they were at fault to an extent, I do not feel the employees are toblame for this experience. It would appear that it is just a poorly run establishment with employees that are being overworked. Read more

I hate to rate businesses poorly, but dang. I stood for several moments at the counter while the employee stood off to the side... eating, when she finally greeted me she went straight to putting on gloves without washing her hands, then while making mysandwich barely engaged me instead opting to converse with her co-worker the entire time, then when I finally got my sandwichthe bread was falling apart in several places and she hadn't wrapped it in the usual way that holds everything together so whentook it out everything just splayed open. There are prejudice employees at this location. If your white, you'll get poor service. I got a foot long to share with my... daughter. The woman making my sandwich only used one serving of meat and when I asked her if there is supposed to be twoservings, she aggressively responded "you wanna pay for extra?" She also piled all my veggies into the middle of my sub, notspreading them out and she was very rude. I felt if I responded to her and didn't just take my sandwich and go, we would haveprobably argued. I had somewhere to be and I didn't have time to argue over a sandwich. She was friendly to all the Black andLatin people who were there at the time, but less than friendly to the few white customers and aggressive with me forquestioning her. This was my experience. I got a bad sandwich, bad service and put into a bad mood. That's what I paid for atthis Subway. Read more
