The food and drinks were great! Unfortunately the host and hostess staff on the dining side were unable to explain why 7+... empty, shaded tables were unavailable but the sole table in direct sun was open for our group. There was literally no one elseon the deck and it was only 4pm. We went to the bar side and our server was very helpful and accommodating setting up a tablewith some sun protection for our group. There is nothing new that hasn't already been said. They have a great outdoor bar and overall vibe. I would say get there about... 15 minutes before they open to get in line to get seated, especially if you have a large party. Even better if you can boat overso you don't have to deal with traffic. It will fill up fast so get there early. Also the zucchini fries are a must order. Read more
This review is only for the restaurant. While the food was tasty, I wouldn’t say it was uniquely flavorful in any way to... justify the price. I had the prime rib @ $45 (photo) and the dish was average at best. We ordered several different appetizersand although the coconut calamari was tasty, the appetizer portions in general were fairly small especially for the price. Theview from the patio is gorgeous and I would guess that the cost of the food reflects enjoying a meal with the beautiful view ofthe lake. The beer and cocktails were top notch. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. I don’t think I would eat hereagain but I’m certain that there are others who feel opposite. Read more
The staff are super nice and caring despite keeping up with traffic. The Lakeview is really awesome, was given an option to sit... pretty close to the beach. The burgers were descent but, definitely worth the price for the seating options. My wife and I willdefinitely come back! Note: Highly recommend you make a reservation on their website. Read more
Beware when booking the lakefront king studio that you will be overlooking the parking lot and boat ramp, therefore having the... noise and view of forklift moving boats, all the parking and public access to the pier and restaurant. All deliveries to therestaurant and trash pick up are also on this side. When sitting on your balcony you are in public view of all of the above.Nothing what I imagined when booking this room. We were sorely disappointed, The room itself was ok but the bedroom is tiny andthe TV remote did not work. In the morning we were welcomed by all the noise of blowers and equipment from thegardeners. Furthermore we made a dinner reservation and were not aware that there is no dinner menu, which in contrast isdisplayed on the website. The same minimal menu for lunch as for dinner, with mainly sandwiches, Also no table settings, noflower, candle, salt and pepper shakers nor cutlery and napkins, which we had to ask for once our salads were served. We orderedthe fresh fish, the only additional item to the menu that reflected an entree. The fish was fresh but very salty, the ricelukewarm and the asparagus overcooked. The manager did give us some money off of the room but when you are just going up for onenight for a birthday celebration it did not really have much of an impact. Read more
Only had take out, but the place looks amazing, great deck (but closed when I went due to stormy weather). Staff for pickup were... super friendly. Place is clean and looks awesome. Our takeout was fantastic! Burger was very well cooked and dressed. My tacoswere awesome. 2 beer battered tacos, very large (no where near the size of street tacos), and well cooked and seasoned. Holllly Cow this was an incredible meal. Everyone loved their food! The drinks needed a little help however. My favorite was the... appetizer of zucchini sticks. Never ever had any better any where. My fish tacos were good but wishing I could have said thebest. One person said their fish & chips were fantastic. My only negative of the restaurant was not allowing us to sit on thepatio. It was an incredibly beautiful day in the 70’s but were told they would be opening it up the coming weekend. ?? Read more
Beautiful. On the water. Food, good. Service, exceptional! I noticed that they had staff walking around, quietly making... themselves apparent, but not disturbing the table. Just walking, and looking, for any signs that you needed something. Note toself, these people are well trained. Next time, try and meet the person that trained the staff so well. Very well managed.
