carryout is great who would thought there chicken nuggets woukd taste like heaven. Love r there rice and. the chicken and fries... are great. Asked for fried hard orange chicken and it was, plus the orange sauce was too good. Love there food. The lady can bemore friendly especially with regulars but thats not my worry, the food is great. AmAzing food and the people there are super friendly. The price and the selection is pretty good. They are my favorite Chinese... carry out and they are super fast!! After eating here twice, I have not felt comfortable nor had a great experience in this carry out. The prices are kind of too... high compared to the quality of their food. They do not have good customer service neither. I believe that they can improve inmany ways. Read more
I originally gave this carryout a five star review. However after ordering from them for over a year, I’ve concluded that they... are rude and have no value for the customer. The young woman taking orders talks yells and cusses at customers and really goesto the extreme with being disrespectful that I worried she would put something in my food. The manager is no better andincapable of deescalating customer disputes. I was charged $62bucks for a mispriced order. They also did not include everythingI ordered with the delivery. Upon calling the carryout to fix it, I was verbally attacked by the staff and my order was nevercorrected. I have never ordered from them again. They don’t value their customers and certainly not the black business thathas made them wealthy in our neighborhood b/c they speak to us like trash. Read more
I've just called in to make a complaint about my food and was talking very calm but the manager I would assume is shouting at... me. How? The chicken for my wings still had feathers sticking out, I ate the rice and seseme chicken next day it was stale andon making a complaint the manager is shouting at me. I didn't even ask for money back or food exchange. This is a business.Remember even big fish in the market have gone down because bad reviews and customer experience. Remember you thrive onreferrals too. After spending $23 on you? Your answer is while shouting "No one has ever complained about our food." Sigh. Read more
