The workers there seemed to be confused We waited for 1 hr to be waited on, then came to tell us after we had been seated the... system was down. Last time, approximately 2 yrs ago had the same problem, but this time I was too Frustrated and justleft. Then during the visit last time the Food came out Cold. The food was decent but the service was very slow. It took over 30 minutes for our order to come out and one of the items we... ordered was never entered. Very small location and they had tons of pickup orders. Not sure if they're still trying to work outthose kinks or what. Read more
Worst experience ever. My family and I came today for breakfast. We can tolerate but so much and we understand that facilities... like this get busy especially on weekends but there were so many things that went wrong today. We took about 30 minutes to getseated, the young lady who attended us was extremely slow. We waited an additional 20 minutes just for our drinks. Our food tookabout 40 minutes after we were seated and my husband never even got his food. Our waiter barely came to our table, otheremployees were actually coming to us and asking us what else we didn't have. At the very end, we didn't even receive thepancakes that came with our food until 25 minutes after we finished our meal. I don't know what happened today with theirservice but it was the worse restaurant experience ever. Read more
The food is great but the service sucks. There was the old man who was working there by himself. That was messed up. We... tipped him above and beyond because it didn't seem fair that he had to work all of those tables by himself. Maybe this locationshould consider hiring more workers. What makes this even more messed up is that there were other employees there... that justsat back and watched this poor man do all the work all while THEY were getting THIER OWN to go plates while patrons andcustomers haven't even been served yet. This was heart breaking to watch. Because of THAT, I will not be returning and I hopethat older gentleman there finds another place to work that has supportive staff behind him. Read more
Very few customers; store was clean & I was pleased with the service the waitress provided.
I had an issue with the IHOP app where my "3 free Pancoins" did not translate into an order received. The owner (or manager) saw... that I was waiting, and he took care of it himself. They quickly corrected an issue, and I received my short stack with nohhassle. Thank you to the staff and management for correcting a problem with a customer-friendly solution. Read more
Worst Ihop. They made us wait an hour until they got our order. Worker gave us an attitude when asked when they would take our... order. They attended other people first and we had been there an hour before them. The worst I do not recommend. Read more
I placed an order online and went to pick it up. When I arrived the were 2 other people waiting. One of the cons came out and... said someone would be right with us. Little did we know that we had to wait for the hostess to finish her phone call. The contold her there were people waiting. She took her time coming over to help us. By this time there were more people waiting inline. I was told my order was not ready even though I had received a message stating that it was ready. Kiki gave everyoneelse their order. I inquired again and said all I had was a salad. She said, its not ready. The cook indicated that it was. She said it's not here. He pointed to my salad. She took her time getting it. I have never liked the service at this TakomaPark location when I have gone inside. I thought it works be different with take out. I won't be going to this location again. Someone needs to re- train Kiki on customer service or not or her at the front. Read more
