The service is better this time. The chicken is always good. The fried chicken is always good but the customer service is... getting bad. I went inside the store. There was no customer in the store. One lady told me to wait for a bit and i waited for 3minutes and she disappeared. I seemed like everyone ignored me the whole time. Worst Popeyes experience ever by far. Ordered two bone-in chicken combos and got a bunch of chicken tenders and a sandwich. And... this was after we told them once they had the wrong order. Drive to the one on Bladensburg Rd., they will give you what youactually order. Read more

I don't know how they pull it off with a drive thru line around the parking lot, but the chicken tenders, fries, corn, & chicken... sandwich is consistently hot.
