Um there was a cockroach on the inside of the sneezeguard/glass and we pointed it out so the employee got a napkin and grabbed... the cockroach and squished it and threw it away infront of my mom, sister and me...Yeah we don't really wanna come back here anymore after witnessing that grossness.Mostly because none of the employees seemed bothered by the cockroach being close enough tofall into food.They just kind of ignored my mom's complaints about it being gross. I came in to the store with the intention of using a coupon from the new text messaging offers. The offer was to buy the 32 oz... soda and receive a free 6 inch sub. When I got to the register, I told the cashier named BHAGAWOTI, that I have this a coupon;she grabbed my phone told me that I was supposed to show it to her before she started making the sandwich. She pressed theconfirm and redeem button on the screen and told me to wait until it got to 0, when it was time for me to pay the offer had saidthat it was no longer valid and she told me that she could not give me the offer because it said it was no longer valid and itwould be going against the law of the store when SHE HERSELF had pressed the redeem button. I myself am a cashier, therefore Iam aware that a cashier should never grab a customers phone (isn't this already going against the stores law?) also, she keptsaying that the coupon wasn't valid until the time hit 0, but I know for a fact that the coupon is valid until it hits 0 becauseit would then be expired. I ended up having to pay full price for a poorly made sub, I'm very disappointed with my experiencetoday at this location and I will not be a returning customer. DON'T GO TO THIS SUBWAY. HORRIBLE.
