Very slow service. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a mobile order and they still didn't get the order right. All 3 sandwiches... were made on the wrong bread, 1 was the wrong chicken and another was missing the cheese and sauce on bottom. Very bad customerservice Read more

The customer service was wack. The cashier making the drinks wasn't using gloves and exposing ppl drinks to whatever is going on... up front. Carrying the cups from back with soda in them to the front to put ice in the cups at the counter without lids. Thebathroom has feces and urine on the floor several different times I was there. Drug bags on the floor, sink and dryer machine.Their customer service is always #1. I don't understand why the ice is under the cashiers anyway without a lid instead of icebeing in a ice machine. I ordered the new French toast sticks and they were so burnt but cold. They also tasted gross, not tasty at all & they werent... sweet. Please do not try them. They also didn't include any syrup. Read more

The food was hot and fresh and really good. The staffs wore very friendly! I will be back soon! Nothing like good food and... customer service. I was greeted with a smile and the wait was not long at all. The chili was amazing and the fries were perfect.You should visit this great place. Read more

I give it 0 stars forreal I live close by to this Wendy?s and I don?t ever I have never received good customer service. Arrived... at 11:49pm trying to order through drive thru and I was there for a minute there is a lady inside I see her from where they takeyour order and she don?t even bother to signal that it?s closed or say anything through their speaker this Wendy?s is horriblevery rude all the time. But sadly wasted more than 10 minutes trying figure out if they are closed or not. Read more

Just had the displeasure of experiencing Wendy's carryout service. Needlessly stressed and annoyed at simply trying to pick up... food I had already prepaid. Firstly, the employee at the stand, Victoria, called out a BLT carryout order for another customer,which little did I know was actually my Jr Bacon Cheeseburger order that she had mistaken. After initially being told that theydidn't have my order in the system, Victoria proceeds to tell me she found my order and that it's already gone out. Bitannoying but okay, just hand me the drink cup so I can wait while you prepare my order. Victoria looks at me annoyed andincredulous, and just repeats that it's already gone out. I tell her yes, but I don't have the food that I paid for, so I wouldlike a refund or a replacement. Simple concept, I give you money, you give me food. I gave you money and you gave me no food, sogive me food. Victoria appeared to be completely stumped by this arrangement and just angrily repeated that the order had beenmade and gone out, so their obligation to me was now over. I started to get truly irritated and felt my inner Karen coming outas I started asking for a manager and raising my voice out of utter disbelief at the sheer gall to just take my money inexchange for nothing and then promptly tell me to buzz off. Thankfully a more experienced employee with red hair and braidsimmediately calmed me down and told me she would handle it. Much to the chagrin of Victoria. That's why it's 2 stars and notone. Unlike Victoria, she reacted swiftly, professionally, and de-escalated the situation. Even after this employee triedexplaining to Victoria that a person is entitled to a replacement if they never received their order she kept arguing and mademe feel completely unwelcome for the crime of ordering at Wendy's. Tried to get breakfast but the dining area was closed and the drive thru was blocked by two cars, which I suspect were blocking... customers from ordering until lunch. If you do not serve breakfast, please post it somewhere. I wasted my time. Read more

Fast service, the line is always moving, and the fires are always hot! This is a great location and I like that it's next to a... turning lane, so it's really in and out if you're using the drive thru. It's located next to shops, so it's a great aftershopping lunch spot. You're average Wendy's. Read more
