First when we got there no one greeted us or said it'll take 5 minutes to be able to take our order because they're waiting for... Cashier to clock in so basically got ignored. Second it took 15 minutes to get our food because they were too busy talking tomanager and being loud and only caring about getting the managers 3 bags of food out so she can go home. Third my food was givento the wrong person and all the cashier says to me is he has your food doesn't even try to stop him. And lastly I go to use therestroom and the cashier didn't even lock the door. Poor management horrible service Read more
Wonderful food with great service. The young lady working the drive through was very sweet.
We went through the drive-thru where the manager William kept asking "Is that all?" after everything we said, got our order... wrong, was a complete jerk when we asked for sauce packets, and served us cold, hard fries. THIS is the reason businesses don'tsucceed! Read more
Always delicious food. I live in Lincoln but never go to Lincoln Arby's because they never have anything on the menu. I always... have a good experience in Talladega though. Read more
