Took forever to get to place my order. When we do finally get up there to order,lady ask what want then she tells me I need to... hold. Technically differently can't take my order right then. Went she finally does Finally take my order ,she talks instead ofgive people's out and take next person's food. Finally got to window she informs they don't have chicken tenders, hello, u tookmy order awhile ago, and did not tell that to me when I ordered. They hadn't run out of chicken tenders. The food quality is consistent with the KFC brand. The drive through was the only choice for service (Nov 2021). The prices... were quite higher than I had expected. The service time was time was reasonable. Read more
Drive thru needs to have someone who will speak plain English. Drive thru person just mumbled into the speaker and when asked... to repeat what he said he got an attitude but spoke loud and clear the second time. Read more
I went through Drive thru and ordered a $20 bucket and ask them to please make sure I got 2 wings and got home to find 4 thighs... 2 legs and 2 wings. So I took my bucket back and told them I want my 2 breast and was told that they know I got my 2 breast thefirst time and threw 2 breast at me and wouldn't take my bucket and look in it to see what I got. Then closed the window. Thelast 2 time's before this I didn't get my wings but didn't go back. The line is to long. I will never eat there again! I am nota liar! Read more
Much better than most KFCs. Full menu, not half KFC and half TB. Service is good even when busy. Nice dinning area if you stay... to eat. Read more
Saturday night and dining in was not crowded like drive through. All three of the workers were kind and helpful, especially the... older lady who took my order and suggested a better deal than what I originally ordered. Read more
