The service was wonderful and super friendly! My only complaint is the cook apparently decided to be a sarcastic joker! I... ordered a medium rare TBone steak and I received a well done steak and the wonderful server carried it back. I received a dicedup, rare, steak... I just dropped it in a to-go and informed the server the cook had jokes this evening! But the server tookgood care of us and was very apologetic. I would go back, just wouldn't order a steak again! Great lock restaurant. Able to watch the college football game on Saturday while having the meal. Wings were also on special.
It?s okay. Food was okay. Service was okay. Nothing to write home about.
The server was great the food was worth the money ribeye gator bites blooming onion mac cheese the best I would come back How... ever if my experience was based on the black headed girl that checked us out Hell no I'd never come back she was no help at allwith our card and I had plates on the counter when I asked for a bag she literally handed me the bag. Best steak in town always cooked to perfection ???? mac and cheese always delicious ????! 25 bucks for boiled shrimp they... actually give you 11 shrimp no where near a lb! And they don't know how to boil them black pepper is not the way! I'm totallydisappointed should have driven to Birmingham like I said at first smdh! Never again this don't make no sense! Read more
It's got no character inside...no ambiance at all....but most food was good. Mac and cheese is home made delicious. Nice salad... with steak. Baked potato is no good dry not enough butter etc given avoid that .. Got my child hamburger steak about $12 it wasway over cooked black outside dry inside. She wouldn't eat it said it was gross she is 6 not a picky eater she ate her entiresalad.. I ate hers at home gave her some of my rib eye steak. Avoid creamed corn... Tables are billboards for businesses buteasy to keep clean. The place had take out orders people waiting and only us and 2 tables dining in. I can see why it's got nocharacter...it's old pizza hut no steak house feel decor what's so ever. Boring boring and seriously no class what's so ever.It's like a dive diner but cost you $50 for 2. Server just drops tab on table didn't ask if we need to go box ordessert...never offered to pick up used salad plates etc SHE DID BRING CRAYON AND PAPER for my little one to color she waspleasant. But... THIS IS NOT A CLASSY ENOUGH PLACE TO BE PAYING $22 FOR A PLATE OF FOOD...NOT AT ALL They need to train serversto pick up used plates ASK IF YOU WOULD LIKE DESSERT OR TO GO BOX my child went to cashier asked for to go box she clearlydidn't eat her plate of food did the waitress not see that? No she didn't because she dropped ticket and left never picked upsalad plates etc. Maybe I'm over critical because I owned restaurants before where there was much competition you have toprovide good service etc or people go elsewhere...here not many dining options that's why they are in business they would notservice as a steak house in more populated areas. Omg best food every not expensive at all our waitress omg was the sweetest lady it was my bday and she made me feel like a queen... for my bday their menu is huge and food delicious you'll definitely go back I know we are! #1 place to eat in talladega I swear!It was so much for a low price we had to get a takeout box.its worth the money and time Read more
