Store was being cleaned when I entered and three people were in line to be waited on. Eventually the young man emptying the... trashcan washed and put on gloves to help behind counter. However, the young lady employee that added the veggies to thesandwiches and rang up the orders kept talking to other people instead of concentrating on the person being waited on. Read more

I had an online order that was supposed to have extra avocado on it and was supposed to be toasted. When I got my sub it was so... messy and the bread was soggy. It didn't have any avocado on it which I paid $2 extra for. I can't even eat the sub because ofhow soggy the bread is and nothing looked fresh vegetables wise either. Never again will I order online or eat at subway.Everything has gone down hill. It was a complete waste of money, $14 dollars down the drain. Read more

The Subway in our town is usually one of my favorite restaurants but every now and then I have a sub not made right like today... If a customer orders a #10 The worker should know exactly what goes on that sub unless the customer doesn't want everything itcomes with And I know we're in the South but everyone don't want their sub covered in pepper If the club comes with bacon ...Add it . Not ONCE, not TWICE, not THREE times, but FOUR times that I've been there BEFORE 7 p.m., this sandwich shop was "out of bread"!... It's as if they were out of bread on purpose! One of the employees that worked today fixed my sandwich so terribly! She barely put any meat that I asked for on the sandwich... but overflowed my husband's sandwich with meat. They literally couldn't close the sandwich due to the large amount of meat sheput on and he didn't even ask for double meat. We will not be coming back and will be spreading the word about this. I ordered online, which told me that I could pick up my sandwich at 0930 pm. I arrived at the store at 0930 pm. My sandwich was... not ready. There were customers waiting. I told the employees to start my order after they are finished with the storecustomers. I also told them to make my order before any new customers arrive. The employees finished the existing customers andstarted taking customers who came to the store after me. I came at 0930 to the store and they made my sandwich at 0947. When Ipolitely told them that they should have prepared my order before the new customers who arrived after me, they acted very rudelyand said that it is subway policy that online orders are processed after the store is completely empty without any customers. Ihave proof of my arrival and my pick up time. For proof, you can also check the store cameras that prove that the employeesprepared the orders of the customers who came several minutes after me.
