It's really frustrating when your order gets messed up, and you try to call but nobody answers the phone. I couldn't leave to go... back and fix what was wrong and what was missing, couldn't call to get the issue resolved so I could at another time to get myfood that was missing and messed up. I ordered the new truff fries with no truff sauce and no sour cream, got it full of both. Iwas missing a steak quesadilla from my order as well. Make sure you check your order before leaving. My husband and I stopped there on 10/16/22 and ordered 3 taco supremes and my anticipated first Pizza after it?s return to the... menu. When we were served we were surprised to find both orders missing tomatoes!. My husband went to the counter to ask fortomatoes and he was informed ( after waiting for the server to return from the back) that they had run out. Now, this is a bigdisappointment as neither of these items are complete or satisfactory without tomatoes! No one bothered to mention this when weplaced our order! He asked for a refund and the gal disappears to the back again only to return with a couple of coworkers toinform us they weren?t authorized to issue a refund and we were to come back in the morning to speak to a manager. We informedthem that we were traveling through the area and would no longer be there in the morning. We Left the untouched food at the cashregister and left! Poor service and poor management! Sat in line for 20 minutes before getting to the order location. Waited another 10 minutes for them to take my order. They were... out of Pepsi, sweet tea and mountain dew,but the employees were drinking something. Rude employees who could care less aboutcustomers. Read more
They will often leave food out of your order and won't answer the phones. The app won't work either, even though the old... location literally down the street use to take mobile orders through the app. They even have a sign on the front counter showingoff that you can order through the app. Read more
The MANAGER is awful. Came in to get the food that was missing from our order. The woman at the counter was nice and went to get... the manager(we didn?t ask for one, we were not being rude). The manager came out, refused to fix our order without charging usAGAIN. The MANAGER started raising her voice and yelling. To avoid any verbal altercations, we left without our food. What kindof manager does this? Not a very good one. Corporate will be hearing about this. This is the SECOND time this has happened withTWO different ?managers?. Please get another job if you cannot seem to perform yours without an attitude. ALSO they do not havetheir health inspection rate posted in eye view, from what you can see of it, it looks to be a 70. Well Taco Bell has almost double there prices for almost as much as I can go into a sit down and be waited on Mexican restaurant... with a whole lot better food. The store in Talladega is been open less than a yr and the place is filthy, the food is sub rate,customer service is none existent. I will not be back. Oh and they can't get your order right. [ REVISED] * the supervisor on shift replaced the order and apologized but the customer service was still kinda rude. I updated... it to 3 stars. This is probably the worst box I've ever gotten from Tacobell. The food was cold, the cheese was on its side,spilled and 1/2 full. They got my order wrong. Waited for 15 minutes trying to get someone to correct it. Nobody was at the cash register, employee... that was supposed to take orders at the front counter was sitting by the drive thru window prop up watching the cooks make thefood. Read more
