Ate here with a large group, we were able to sit right away because they weren?t busy at all. It took the better part of an hour... and a half to get food out, and after two and a half hours one member of our group still didn?t get to eat because they got hisorder wrong twice (requested no bacon, both times his order came out with bacon). A few of us (myself included) never got drinksdespite asking several times. Service was slow and barely civil, and the food quality was decent but not enough to redeem even atwo star review. Visited 08/09/2022 - food was good, staff was helpful and cleanliness is not good. I don?t know why but all the restaurants are... like this, short staff, no cleanliness and some items are not available. I hope for the best in future. Everythingwent smoothly no wait time, tasty food, and decent drinks. I have to mention they are out of beer on tap, bar area doesn?t lookgreat. My server was friendly, polite and helpful! 1st experience on 04/08/22 - Closed early! I visited this place for diningin on Friday night after my movie at 12:00 am because the restaurant will open until 1:00 am. No one was at the reception andservers looking at us but no one is coming to help us for almost 15mins, one person asked me do you want to sit at the bar? Whywould I wait 15 mins to sit at the bar, I said booth would be better then she walked away another person showed up after 2minutes and informed that they are done for the day and no more orders. I was very disappointed with their attitudes andtimings. If you don?t take any orders close the doors, or put a sign at the front desk no more dining today, when the restaurantis open until 1:00 am and not busy because 1/3 of the restaurant is empty, when we are asked to sit at the bar then what is theissue with booth or a table? Although we did not get to eat here the service was absolutely horrific. We walked in to the establishment and waited for the... receptionist who was in the doorway of the kitchen talking with her co-workers to walk up to us. When she finally did walk up tothe front, she greeted us with "there's an hour wait..." Not a "hello welcome in!" or "welcome to apple bees!" My friend askedthe receptionist to write down her name for the wait list... Do you want to know what the receptionist said and did? She grabbeda pen, rolled her eyes, and said "I guess." Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and the place smelt like a** and cornchips. This happened on July 16th, 2022 around 10pm. The young lady was light skin and had stitch braids in a bun with a zigzagbraid on the right side of her head. I'm usually very understanding of peoples situations, especially the workers in fast food,however her attitude was absolutely appalling. I understand it was late and most customers were gone, but this was a late to go order and the kitchen and restaurant closed at... midnight(meaning they were still open and operating with making food). Once i picked up my food the manager informed me that thesmoothy machine was not working and gave me lemonade to replace it. Once i got home I then, realized my mash potatoes were notin the bag and my chicken Alfredo seemed to be preheated or reheated because the noodles were very dry without the Alfredosauce. Never greeted. Sat myself. Never greeted. Had to stop a member of staff to ask for help. I am picking up food ? take my name and... never come back. Wait 45 mins before I spoke to a manager. Food out in 10 mins. Ask for card for general manager and managernever came back. My worst experience at any restaurant. And look at what I waited all this time for!!! Food was good, same as any other Applebee's. Now the drinks were made super strong,not like an Applebee's which made this... experience better! I am not a fan of watered down drinks but this place did not do that. I ordered a long Island and I'm prettysure it was 99% alcohol. I also ordered a jack and coke, I think that as well was 80% alcohol! Love a heavy pour! Makes me wantto keep going back. Read more
