This was truly disappointing. My boyfriend and I were excited to come here and were glad to see we walked into an empty store... (aka we should be getting the food relatively fast) well i couldn?t have been more wrong, my boyfriend and I waited 50 minutesfor only 3 SMALL rolls, it was ridiculous that a party of 6 got their food before ours and i saw multiple bags that were madebefore the 10 minute mark. messed up. Pickup for delivery partner. This place is always super fast, and super friendly. Always smells like some mixture between... lotion, cucumbers, and Lysol inside. It's a clean smell, but it's also...that smell. Still gets 5 stars, but I couldn't NOTcomment on the scent. Neither bad nor good. Just a thing. :) Read more
Literally still waiting I arrived at 11:40 there was a lunch crowd almost two hours later I still do not have my food and the... lunch crowd has cleared. I?ve seen people who came in after me get their food and leave. I will not be coming back. The food isalways good but every time I come in there is a 30 plus minute wait. Please do better. When I walked in a was told there was going to be a 30-40 minute wait. Which was fine with me. I waited and looked around the... store the entire time? my phone had died prior to ordering and I was alone. All the sudden I hear the cashier talking about meand making rude remarks. This was such a nice fast-casual (ish) restaurant experience! I was there with three others, and they had a family dinner... special going on at the time where we were able to get four entrees + four sides for $10 or less per person. The food was cookedvery well - crisp tender vegetables, and incredibly tender chicken. I got the Sichuan rice bowl which was good but lacking somesweetness in my opinion, but one person in my group ordered the Korean and that hit all the right notes for me!
