So let me preface this with, if you are coming into this restaurant with any expectations of having a normal all be it standard... dining experience let me tell you please leave it in the car. Matter of fact just get back into the car and go make food athome. We sat down and it took 15 minutes to be greeted. We ordered our drinks, two Micheladas, I specifically asked for MichelobUltra as my beer instead of Modelo. 20 minutes later my drink finally arrived with some sort of mixture at the bottom. Tasted itand it was obviously Modelo not Michelob. Add another twenty minutes later the right drink was finally brought out, and when Isay that this is what baby vomit, or acid reflux tastes like this is it. I?m not sure what gastrointestinal juices they broughtout to me but it was foul. Now let?s get onto the food. I ordered 10 traditional wings and my partner ordered chicken streettacos with a chips and salsa appetizer with a side of guacamole. I?ve never been to a restaurant in where your appetizer isbrought last but I suppose there?s a first for everything? when I inquired about the appetizer she had told me she asked thecook where it was and he said he was busy and didn?t have time? um ok. When our food finally did come out my wings were so drythat I was for sure that they were mummified chickens smothered in hot sauce. My partners street tacos were so salty like theyhad marinated in the tears cried by the chickens themselves. Ordered takeout because I?m exhausted and didn?t feel like cooking. Not only did they forget my sauce, but they served me burnt... chicken and fries and there is no way to contact the restaurant directly for a reorder. Read more
Convenient location, plenty of parking, friendly service. Plenty of seating to watch the upcoming football season. Picky's... Recommendation: Try mixing the Wild Sauce and Teriyaki together. Great heat and sweetness for a nice overall flavor profile. Youcan do with Reaper too but the heat, of course, is far more intense. Read more
The server was very friendly and bubbly, which was really nice. They were out of one of the flavors of wing sauce one of us... wanted, but what we got was quite tasty. The winds were big and meaty. The fries and onion rings delicious. We dined in, but Ialso ordered an additional item to-go and was surprised to see there was an additional charge on the bill just for asking for anitem to go. Went for a quick lunch and turned into an hour and forty minutes of waiting for everything. Wait to be seated, wait for a... server, wait for drinks and to take our order. I got a grilled chicken sandwich that was soggy with a single piece of old bacon.The chicken was frozen and reheated as I had to try and bite through a brick. There were six of us dining in. My daughter ordered first and was on the same ticket as her husband. He received his food then... others in our group received their food. My daughter didn't get her food. The waitress came over and asked if everything was okand my daughter said that she never received her food. The excuse was that they were short handed. She ordered first in ourgroup. Finally, after we were finished eating they finally brought her food. Very unacceptable! This is not the first time thatmy daughter and her husband has had problems getting their food at this establishment. I gave a rating of 3 stars only becausethe food was good. Service, not good. I have been to this place many times and wanted to visit again, so tried last two weeks on Thursday evenings. 03/24/22 was my... first dining experience after covid19, around 8:30pm no wait to seat and ordered 6 boneless wings with wild sauce and 6 bonelesswith Parmesan garlic sauce, regular side potato wedges. After 30 mins wait we received our food, it was hot and delicious. Myserver was friendly and polite. 2nd visit is on 04/07/22 around 7:10 pm and no wait to be seated, I order the same wild andParmesan garlic boneless wings with potato wedges. I waited almost an hour and called my server to check on my order then shesaid they are busy because of the bogo offer on Thursday, it was really frustrating for a small order I waited another 15 minsthen she got Parmesan wings and ask me to wait another 10 mins to get wild wings and potato wedges. Parmesan garlic chicken issalty, wedges are cold, and wild wings are saucy. I didn?t expect this from Bdubs , seats are not good, hair all over thechairs, and bathrooms. No one is checking on orders, they don?t know where to deliver the food, roaming around and asking alldid you order , did you order these wings. Myself & my coworkers eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Tallahassee, Fl all the time for lunch. We always order for delivery through... the website. The last few times we have not received our drinks & our fries have been cold and hard. Each time we don?t receivea drink we reach back out to the restaurant & they always say there is nothing they can do about it due to the fact that theirdelivery service is through a 3rd party. Today 11/15/2022, we ordered again & we received our food with cold fries & NO DRINK. Ireached out to the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager. The manager named Jonathon came to the phone, I explained to himwhat happened & why I was upset. Because it was an ongoing situation with the restaurant & we are tired of the same thingshappening. Our office is only 2-4 minutes away from the restaurant there is no reason why we should have cold fries. Also, notevery delivery driver is going to keep our drinks. Jonathon was very rude to me he hung the phone up on me 3 times. Each time Icalled back to ask for a corporate number & he proceeded to tell me he did not have a corporate number to give me & hung thephone up again. I reached out to the Valdosta Georgia restaurant and the manager there took my name & number to have her AreaManager reach out to me. No one has reached out to me. I took our order back to the restaurant to get our drinks & to see if wecould get some fresh fries. Jonathon came from the back & I refused to talk to him due to him being very rude & disrespectful onthe phone. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, I have even been a manager & I know you do not treat yourcustomers the way Jonathon treated me. This situation needs to be handled!
