The only reason that I alloted 2 stars is because the bk lounge does have good sandwiches, and the staff was friendly. But, why... do I have to sit at the window for 5 minutes, then they tell me to pull to the side. I guess the sausage cossainwhich and theHashbrown confused then. They have no dine in(I seen a man tugging on door), and there were only two of us in drive thru. After20 minutes of being detained, the lady brings me my food, and apologized for I taking so long. She said they had to drophashbrowns, which accounts for 2 of the 20 minutes. Without me investigating, I can give two major problems that this storesuffers from; an absent owner, and ineffective management. I do not recommend this store. Read more

They were good a few months ago - I gave them a 5. However, I just went here and the staff look like they just witnessed... somebody being let go. The coke machine was broken. The line was backed up. There was somebody complaining. Possible managementproblem, very likely here. Stay clear Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst fast food experience I?ve ever seen. Sat at order box 10 minutes without... being even acknowledged. Besides our orders being historically incorrect, Saturday, May 28th, I had the unfortunate experience of being charged a "round... up donation" fee of $.85. No one had ever mentioned this fee nor let me know what I was donating to. When I called the next day(today) I was told "they musta hit the wrong button, sorry about that. You can come in and get your money back". Are youkidding??? How many people are they ripping off with this round up donation? How much theft can be hidden with THIS new program?Will NOT be eating at ANY Burger King again. Read more
This is a pretty standard Burger King with everything happening as expected except the floor is incredibly slippery in there... which is a really bad thing for a restaurant. Nonetheless everything else was good and there were no problems and the peoplethat work there were very kind and nice and made sure to point out that the floor was slippery which was a good thing.
