I am not sure if this is the right location BK. The one I am reviewing is the one in Magnolia Park Courtyard, aka Winn Dixie... Plaza. I was in Tally evacuating from Tampa during the hurricane. I went to this BK for coffee in the a.m. and a whopper jr. atnight. Every time I went there, it was obvious they were short staffed but they as courteous, pleasant, and professional as I'veever seen. I had the best whopper jr. there that I've ever had. The coffee was great and the staff was awesome. Hope the rightpeople get the credit. But even when I called another BK location the person who answered was also courteous, pleasant andprofessional. Read more
I'm happy this place finally reopened. The staff it used to have, they made it golden. The new staff aren't bad from what I've... seen but they were messing around so much when I was there last, they forgot to take my payment and I thought I just forgot thatthey did but when I checked my bank there was no charge. I called to let them know and I even offered to come back and pay butwhoever picked up the phone didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered about the issue so... free food I guess. Read more
Good food, bad service. There is one employee in particular who has stopped me from using the lobby before it was even closed... and has stopped me from using the water in the soda machine for a refill. She said I had to ask permission to use the water. Itmakes no sense how she's being strict and giving me a hard time knowing that I'm a paying customer too. Read more
Slow service. Drive through orders processed before Uber orders, regardless of time past since order was placed. If your on the... clock or in a rush, time is money and this place should be avoided. If you have plenty of time, by all means wait. Read more
It is 10:58 PM, on September 9th, 2022. I have just finished drinking at the bar with my husband. We had decided to come here... to this establishment to get me a little treat before going home. Little did we know we were in for the highlight of our wholeday. The woman who was running the drive thru was simply the most cheerful person we?ve come in contact with the whole week.Simply amazing. Completely Remodeled location. Happened to stop by on their reopening celebration and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing... and the staff were even better. I do not normally eat in at fast food restaurants, but this is a location that is nicer thanany restaurant around for dine in. Read more
Fast friendly store. Nice remodeling done. Easy access and very clean. And the dining room is open. And they take... your order not some touch screen. Read more
