Thoe back to back bad experiences in the last week. First I used mobile app. Checked in about 10 min away, arrived 5 min... early... the. sat and sat forever in the mobile pickup lane waiting 20 minutes for my food while over a dozen cars went theu theother lane. The. yesterday was fry day and they couldnt figure out how to give my XL fry when promo clearly said ut had to bedone in person, so that order was not online. Wound up paying $5 for what was supposed to be a free fry. Read more
The white male at the window just got an attitude/yelled at me just because I asked ?I thought it was $10 something?? Because... this is the second time he has told me a lower price at the intercom vs the price he tells me at the window. He is rude andunprofessional and I don't appreciate that at all. If he doesnt like to answer valid questions/concerns from a customer he needsto just get another job ??????????? I have an idea- stop telling customers 2 different prices. Just moved back to Tallahassee after meeting gone for several years. One of the first things I did here was go to my favorite... fast food joint on the planet. I've gone back 4 or 5 times in 6 week. Sunday night when my wife and I picked up my Mom from theairport at 11pm, and drove 10+ miles out of my way, I was a little frustrated that they were CLOSED. Says they're open untilmidnight but we were sitting in the parking lot not long after 11pm. Had to deal with 2 hangry women the whole way home. Thisstuff is more frustrating to me than a restaurant having bad service or messing my order up. I can't think of an easier taskthat could have an impact on more people. The manager can take 2 minutes at work to update the hours on Google, while beingpaid. Then me and at least DOZENS of other people don't have to drive 20+ minutes to try and give our money away to them, andfind out halfway through that it was a total waste of time and energy. I will not put any effort into returning for awhiledespite LOVING the food because I don't really think they will care either way. Read more
