Kind of disappointing after the build-up of a nice looking place including the cool back story, available to read in line just... before ordering. The sandwich was a bit in the dry side and a little on the thin side, too. On the plus side, the side dish waspretty good. Assuming tight times have influenced the quality and size here (as well as $13 lunch deal), I'll hold off on atotally negative review, but any next visit really needs to be above average to put this one on the to-do list for friends andfamily. I went in today for the first time excited and left disappointed. The cashier messed up our order, which was no big deal.... However, when asking for a correction we were met with a rude attitude by what appeared to be a manager/ shift leader (male).Overall the food was mediocre and the service was worse. Read more
Turkey Club Sandwich with scoop of Sassy Scotty is my favorite!!! This is my second time eating here and I definitely will be... back! Who knew chicken salad could be soooooooo good!!! 6/3/22: it is still my favorite dish! This was my first time eating here. I opted for the kids meal. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which came with a side, I opted... for Mac and cheese. The portion size of the kids meal was definitely fulfilling to me, and the sandwich was great (didn?t evenget a chance to take a picture of it since I devoured it), I couldn?t even eat all of the Mac and cheese. The only thing Ididn?t like is that the kids meals only come with water. If I were to bring my kids, that would be an ultimate turn off for them????. I also ordered a slice of the blueberry cheesecake, and this is the other reason they only got 3 stars. As you can seefrom the picture, there was none of the blueberry goodness on top that is shown in the pictures. Heard of this place when it first opened but never gave it a second thought. I've been into eating a little healthier and... chicken salad is always a good choice. Saw a commercial and said to myself I wanted to give it a try. I most say it didn'tdisappoint. There are different varieties of chicken salad. They allowed me to sample some when I asked for a recommendation.Though I settled on the "Fancy Nancy" (chicken salad with nuts and fruit the "Alice" wasn't bad either. The original chicken salad was not very flavorful and the croissant seemed a tad hard; however, the soup was delicious! Also,... the staff were very courteous. Worth a second visit to try a flavored chicken salad. Read more
I came in and ordered potato soup to go, paid cash at the register. I waited more than 20 minutes for potato soup. After about... 15 minutes the new cashier asked for my name on the order since he noticed I'd just been sitting up front waiting. I wasn'tasked for a name when I originally made the purchase. I see now that the name placed on the order receipt was "Yuhhhh" which isupsetting in that they asked every single other person for their names. After the new cashier had addressed me and asked me formy name I got to watch my soup sit at the window waiting for the cashier to have a chance to bag it, but he kept taking neworders instead. Unsure of your standard operating procedures but this was a very poor experience and service from anestablishment that normally does really well with providing great service and hot food. Read more
