Love to sit on the patio or at the bar. Great atmosphere! Love the Sydney salad! The jambalaya pasta is also always amazing as... are the po boys and gumbo. Consistently great service and great people. Muffins to go are always a hit. Oh and the carrot cakeis a MUST! Best in town! Read more

Coosh's is great! I love the laid back atmosphere with their super friendly staff and different sports to pick from on each TV.... The food is excellent, as well (the crinkle fries are the BEST). If you're looking for some good Cajun food or even just a funplace to hang out and watch the game, definitely check this place out. Read more

I don?t understand what keeps this restaurant in business. Bang bang shrimp was recommended as the appetizer. Unfortunately, the... shrimp were over cooked and tasted like the bagged lettuce that they used as a garnish to sit the shrimp and sauce on. My wifeordered a po boy that arrived looking like a pressed Cuban sandwich. I ordered their pulled pork and it tasted old, dry andovercooked. The side of bbq sauce they gave me tasted rancid. I also got a side of their red beans and rice, it tasted rancid aswell. If you are looking for flavor and freshness my experience this evening tells me not to ever look for it here again. To sumit all up if you are looking to spend your hard earned money on reheated left overs and fried food this is your place. Read more

I tried Coosh on a Sunday outing with my mom. The ?jambalaya? pasta was shameful. It was bland heap of greasy beige with no... peppers, onions, etc. Can you call that Cajun? It was so bad I returned it and didn?t want anything else. My mom ordered thecatfish and shrimp platter. The two small pieces of fish were burnt. The restaurant was empty so maybe that was a sign. I won?tbe returning. Read more

Delicious and well worth the prices. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for southern/ creole style food. The shrimp and... grits was out of this world and the drinks are great. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. (This was also myfirst time coming and our waitress was phenomenal, A+ customer service) Read more

We bought dinner for a couple friends and had several brews. Our bill was around $150 and we were very happy. The service was... quick and polite. The food was hot and tasty. The beer (local 850) was icy cold and perfect for the hot afternoon. Cooshs islocated out Thomasville Highway and was pretty busy the week night we visited. When I was pregnant with my (now 19 yo) daughter,we went to Cooshs every Saturday morning for beignets and lattes. Now everytime I see Cooshes I start craving muffalletas. Ifyou haven't ever visited NOLA, do yourself a favor and stop by and try their food. Best Cajun food in Tallahassee. O!! Cooshswife makes the best Mississippi Mud pie, so save room for dessert! We love Cooshs and bet you will too! Read more
