Placed order online, as I usually do and when the driver arrives, he rings the doorbell once, stays about 1 and then drives... away. I then called the store to inform them of the occurrence and had the worst experience with Drew (apparently the manage onduty at the time). He showed absolutely no interest in me explaining what happened, no concern whatsoever. Long story short, hewas extremely rude and threatened to call the driver to not deliver my order all because I asked for an ETA on the driver wholeft so abruptly. I will definitely be filing a complaint with Domino's because people like Drew don't need to be working in thecustomer service industry. He is the epitome of what poor customer service. Read more
Sunday, Sept 11th, was my son's birthday and I had acquired domino's gift cards (4-$25) to cover his birthday party. I wanted to... be sure that we would have the funds for his party. I ordered online through the app and was allowed to use only 2 cards (whichI feel is ridiculous), so I tried to put in a second order using the last 2 gift cards but instead kept getting a 'genericerror' message. So I called the restaurant - I let him know of the issue with the second order, I even mentioned that I wantedto use the mix 2 or more coupon, and asked if I could still use the gift cards, which he said yes to. I gave him my order and hegave me a total of $97.71. I mentioned the coupon and he said that was for online orders only - which I would have done if itwas working. He then told me with an order that large he needed payment now and that I could not use the gift cards. I feel likeI'm out $90 because of this situation. If your customers cannot use the gift cards, then why sell them? Also, if I had been ableto order ahead online using gift cards as payment, I would have probably realized the issues and would have done somethingdifferent, so that I wouldn't be out $90. The worst part is I have notified corporate through the website twice and I have notheard back from them-not even a sorry this happened. I'm very disappointed. Read more
I've ordered from this particular location dozens of times since I moved here. Whether I do carryout or delivery, I have... literally never had a bad pizza from them. My orders are virtually always ready on time, whether I get one pizza for myself orhalf a dozen for my family. My ranch has been forgotten once or twice, but I'd still give them five stars without hesitation.Nobody's perfect...but these guys are pretty close. Highly recommend. Read more
Typical Dominos quality. Pizza is delicious, Bread Sticks are great and Parmesan Bread Bites are fantastic. Delivery was quick... also. Only issue is the cutting of the Pizza. Twice now it wasn't cut all the way through. It's an issue because my brother hadJUST moved in so we didn't know where his pizza cutter or knife was. So having to grab the pizza and rip it isn't fun. Of theycan get better at cutting all the way through, it'd be five stars. Read more
Attention to management: carry out service to order online for special doesn't work applying coupons, this has been on going for... last 2 months or longer. So of course to state so when you walk in to order your not honered prices which is unfair to not haveprices honored when no attention to website has been addressed. As I wait now of course I've now paid double my price for carryout, instead of manger assisting with any price reduction. I guess they figure since us customers still pay it WHY fix it. Pizza arrived smashed to hell. Called store three times and nobody picked up at all! Really good customer service at this... dominos. Wouldn't recommend. EDIT: store called me and rectified the situation, unfortunate that it happened but we're allhuman. Added another star to reflect this. Read more
Yesterday, both pizza's were not up to par . We ordered XL Brooklyn Style.. Usually Always accurate, professional, and all... the deliveries have been courteous and arrived early, the food steaming Hot, Fresh, ingredients are Fresh. The pizza doughcooked correctly. Read more
