Always has a line out of the door. I got a gift card from my cousin to this place because it was near my dorm and they didn?t... even accept it. The food is decent but they clearly have some issues to resolve before I will go back. Read more
The food is alright, but they need new management. The boss is always screaming at employees instead of actually doing anything.... Its really off-putting for customers waiting and watching. The employees are doing the best they can given the massive crowds.They need to hire more people and/or train them better to be faster. They also are always out of bagels they should stockbetter. Haven't been able to try this place yet because the line is always around the building. Clearly they must be doing something... right, but I wish they could find a way to speed up their service. Read more
it's okay, but it's not worth waiting in the out-the-door line. Decent bagels, mediocre coffee.
Helped build a little bit of the new deck!! Learned a lot! And got some free coffee from the amazing work staff
The food was good. Should have better customer service. I thought my order was ready when the lady said another order?s name, so... I asked if she could please repeat it and she was just extremely rude for no reason. I ignored her behavior and was patient, Iknow how to deal with people like this. While my food was being made the workers were kinda messing around and did not seem tobe focused doing their job; unprofessional. Read more
Workers had a horrible attitude and refused to serve me because I was out of breath from running from my dorm. 1/28/21 1:50 PM.
Employees are rude, every time I get a sandwich the cheese isn?t melted and the whole thing is cold.
