Service was okay, cashier wasn't very friendly. Food was disgusting as I found a black hair in my food. I request them to remake... my sandwich and they did, but that was nasty as hell...none of them were wearing hair nets!! They need more training whenworking around food. I won't be back here again! So today I ordered Firehouse subs thru Grubhub. I ordered a jersey turkey small sub and a regular turkey sub. I also got a... brownie and a chocolate chip cookie ????. The sub was good but I hate it got a Lil soggy during the drive. My daughter reallyenjoyed hers. The brownie was moist and flaky....#Yum Overall everything was okay but I think it would have been wayyyyy betterif I had went in and it there. Firehouse subs are great. I love this place with a passion and I worked there as a teen for 3 years. So I know the quality and service expected by the... owners. But the last two times I ordered from this firehouse my order has been wrong. Tonight in particular, I ordered from ubereats. The app didn't have banana peppers so I called to have them added to the sandwich. I saw where she wrote on the ticket toadd the banana peppers but they were still missing from the sandwich. I called back to tell them what happened and the girloffered to comp it of which I declined, I just asked the staff be talked to. Used to love coming to this location because it's closest to where we live. However, the last couple of times we've been, we've... seen a significant drop in service and quality. A lot of the times I've gone in, most (if not all) of the employees seem likethey don't want to be there. May be an underlying issue, but it has greatly impacted service. It has also impacted the qualityof the subs that are made. This past time we went was the straw that broke the camels back. For my wife's and son's subs, theygot hardly any meat on it, no jalapenos (it was the cajun chicken sub) and looked like it was thrown together. My (club on asub) wasn't much better. The bread was a bit soggy, and all the toppings were half way off the sub. The taste is still there, sothat's a bonus. However, the past couple of times we've went, we also have not gotten the pickle spear. A small thing, but itactually highlights the sub, and something we do thoroughly enjoy. We will continue to be patrons of Firehouse, as we have nothad these problems at other locations, but we can no longer support this location. Read more
This is our second time here in two months the first time was great today December 28th 2021 it was not great the reason I... ordered the Italian sub somehow the bread is they use way too much sugar in it and the second thing the top it off The Honey Hamis way over sweet so between the two it feels like you're eating a bowl of sugar I definitely don't recommend this sandwich theonly thing good was the pickle and the other thing I forgot to mention I told him that the heat up a sandwich and what did theydo they heat it up the sandwich and then my wife ordered the firehouse cheesesteak that was good accept the bread again way toosweet and then they forgot to put a pickle in it so you can see it's not a good day there this other place around put the moneyin your lot better I only put down honest reviews I've been doing reviews for the last 10 years with Google I tried to give youthe best review all I can I really hope this help you out and thank you for checking it out Read more
Friday night staff is rude and dismissive. The young staff answers the phone-sometimes- and then puts it down and never comes... back. I drove all the way to the store with my phone on and told them to hang it up when I got there. The young girl laughed atme and said I could have hung up. She continued to smirk at me the whole time I ordered. This was the SECOND time this EXACTscenario happened to me at this location. I wont come back again. Too bad, because i like the sandwiches. Edited to Add: I WILLbe calling management tomorrow to report this because it is costing Firehouse Subs $40.00 or more per week that I order for myfamily on Friday nights, and now someone else will get it.
