This Hardee's was amazing!!! I just got My Mom out of the hospital,and it was still before 11:00 a.m. so I ordered us number 4-... which is the biscuit and gravy hash browns and coffee. So the young man that took our order said ma'am if you will pull up andpark I will make fresh coffee for y'all. That was the Best breakfast and coffee me and my Mom had. ALL of our breakfast wasfresh and hot!! We give this Hardee's a 10!!! The service at the window was awesome and the lady that brought our food out to uswas very sweet... So we recommend this Hardee's on apalachee parkway. Read more
I just went through the drive thru and was told to take a look at the menu and they will be back with me to take my... order....almost 10 mins later, I decided it was enough of being patient and decided to let them know I was ready to order. Heresponded with, "okay, hold on a second". Ten mins was entirely too long to be waiting in drive thru. 1 other car only waited 2mins before driving off but I really wanted to try you guys. Would have been better if hiding only on food quality. SERVICE WAS RUDE. no hello, was talking to another employee (not about... food or order but sounded like joking around). Open window took my card without even a hello, almost threw my change with windowopening and closing so fast as she handed back change. I and my family have been going to this Hardee's location for breakfast at least three or four times a week every since they... opened this location .and we have always been pleased with the quality of the food and the service . that is until recently forthe last three months now there has been this girl who looks Spanish but I think is Caucasian that works the drive thru everymorning we have gone there and I gotta say if I didn't love the food and the prices so much I would most definitely stop goingthere because she is hands down the most unprofessional and rudest drive thru attendant I have ever come across not to mentionwe are always asked to pull up and wait for our order even though there are no cars behind Us so you would expect that she atleast got our order right and everything we ordered but nope not the case .on. Three occasion s we had to wait eight minuteson pies and she still forgot to give them to us .we order the same exact thing every time four breakfast platter's with gritsinstead of gravy and one with steak instead of bacon which we pay extra for but this morning she didn't put my steak in there orbacon and the day before that she didn't give us all four but only three of the platter's we ordered four and because she hadanother girl bring our order out when we went inside to tell her what had happened she insisted on following us back to the carwhich incinuated we were not being honest and actually looked inside our vehicle I don't know what this girl is going threwbut I do know that loyal customers that eat there often or even if it were their first time should not be treated or greetedwith such a mean and disturbing look on their face and a attitude to boot when at this restaurant facility . Average experience! I tried multiple times and had a mixed experience. In my first visit chicken tenders are over fried, and... jalapeño poppers are under cooked. Next visit jalapeño poppers are very tasty and perfectly cooked. Chicken tenders are notthat great. Fries tastes good. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a little delay in online order to show up at the store.I have visited in different times and this place is not busy. Easy access from apalache parkway, plenty of parking, anddrive-thru is also available. Read more

Ordered a big hot ham and cheese combo paid $10.42 Get to work and it's a regular hot and cheese ( that is normally a 5 dollar... combo) tried to call number on receipt and it's a fax ... Go to the store after work and it's closed......you got me thistime,but not again...... Read more
