I very very seldom will leave a bad review for anything, but this is definitely an exception. I ate here two weeks ago on a... Sunday and while I don't expect much at Ihop, this was the worst I've ever been to. The waitress largely ignored us, never didbring my hot cocoa, and left us without a refill the entire time. Plus we were there for like an hour and a half (we didnt wantto be). It took 20min to get our bill once I found the waitress and asked. It was the first time in 20 years that I didn't leavea 20% or higher tip. Maybe it was an off day but I would never go there again myself. Read more
Sad day as we were looking forward to eating at IHOP on vacation from overseas. But from seeing one of the cooks smoking next to... the front door to having to wait (I think they were understaffed as there were a lot of open tables) to waiting over an hour toget our food it was disappointing. Our young daughter said it was disappointing. Her strawberry & cream crepes came out withstrawberries and juice, I am guessing frozen strawberries but without cream, my eggs over medium were runny. Since we had waitedan hour and half to eat we weren?t sending anything back. The pancakes were yummy perfection and we also ordered egg whitefajitas which my hubby said was very good. My daughter loved her milk shake but thought the hot chocolate was too sweet. Thebrightest spot was our lovely waitress, she was very sweet and kept us up to date about the kitchen falling behind. I did tellher we were about to leave and eat somewhere else some we were so hungry. We won?t be back but I?m sure it was just an off day. Read more
Service was slow, orders got mixed up and waited a very long time for them to be replaced; others in our group were just about... done eating when the meals were replaced. Server was not friendly and made it seem we were asking her for favors. We just wantedwhat we ordered. The potholes in the parking lot are HUGE and some are deep. Not a good thing when you are trying to enter offa main, busy, road and have to dodge cars trying to exit the lot and additional spots at the same time. I'd skip this location. Read more
Erica was our server, such a great demeanor, very friendly, personable and attentive. I had the Blueberry French Toast, my mom... had the Strawberry Crepes. Mine was delicious, moms, the strawberries were a little off, but over all a good experience. Read more
Food was good, but the customer service and wait time was unacceptable. We had a new waiter and I understand that you are new... but you should still check on your tables and know what foods are included with the meals the customers are ordering. We waited1 hour after seating just to get our food and when we got our food we got it in bits and pieces when everyone came to eattogether! I wish they would have made it known from the beginning that the wait time to get food would be over an hour waitespecially with me traveling with a small impatient child. Read more
Waitress was really nice and professional. The cook could use a little help. Gave me runny eggs with a bit of beard hair. I... asked for more eggs and they sent out a better plate of eggs but minus the cheese I paid for. I guess they thought I should payfor more cheese and I feel my eggs should have been cooked all the way in the first place. Looked like snot coming from themiddle. Read more
I would give "Zero" stars if we could. Waited over an hour for our simple breakfast; Sampler and a bacon cheese omlet with white... cheese sauce. Both or dishes were Cold and, there was not any white cheese sauce on my omlet. Husband had to ask for syrup forhis pancakes, really. I had the core of the tomato in my omlet. Told or waiter of our dissatisfaction. He said he was going backto tell the manager. We had to hunt waiter down for our bill, NEVER heard from manager. Wish a zero star was an option. Horrible service, ended up leaving before even was seated. Waited 30 minutes while observing... the hostess not even taking down names of others coming in to be seated. Took a walk around the restaurant and counted over 20open tables and only half of them bussed. Asked her why she isn't seating those waiting in the empty tables and how long it'sgoing to take to be seated and she replied " I thought you left" We literally had a party of 6 by the hostess stand. They areliterally giving the worst service in hopes for customers to leave and only serving those who they choose to. Read more
