Will never order from here again. $40 to be delivered the wrong sandwich and given food poisoning. Jimmy Johns has fallen.

I don't think I have ever had a single issue with Jimmy John's until ordering from this location, and then it seems like there's... always an issue. I placed an order for two subs, my boyfriend's arrived alright but they added extra things to mine and I can'teven eat it. This was my dinner before trying to get some rest and now I'm sacrificing more sleep just to be able to eatsomething before bed. The manager tried to get me to just accept a credit for the night but I'm really hungry and it's not myfault they added extra things I did not pay for to my sub. Read more
I ordered two sandwiches online. However, when I arrived home and began to enjoy the food. I noticed the bottom of the bun was... extremely hard. At this moment, the sandwich was no longer enjoyable. Next, I called Andrew (Manager) and he offered to remakethe sandwiches. Meanwhile, I did not return to the store because I live forty minutes from this location. In addition, it was anice gesture for Andrew to offer to remake the sandwiches but due to the inconvenience I removed the bottom of the bread andcontinued to try too enjoy my food. I am not pleased with the service at all. I drove through (which I thought would be easier, but was much harder for them I am... guessing), but I got my sandwiches that I assumed for correct and went back to work. Upon returning back to work, bothsandwiches were completely wrong (one was even breadless when I ordered two #7's). I called once I realized the mistake andafter being on hold they said they would bring me replacements. Then the manager sheepishly called back and they asked for me togive the driver the old sandwiches back, which I had opened and touched after taking a picture of both sandwiches with thereceipt in the picture. The manager then said it was for some kind of "training. Which what good would that do? They easilycould have gave me a reimbursement for wasting my time. Not so freaking fast. 1st time at this location. Ordered online for pickup. Got to store and sandwiches were not ready. ... About 10 minutes later my order was ready. 5 people on shift. Entire staff was not motivated like other JJs I've been too. Moving at their own pace. Place was empty, except for a family that was ordering upon arrival. Read more
