The waitress sucked. We were tired when we arrived so we immediately sat down. Since we had a while to wait, I wanted to get a... bite to eat. No one was in the restaurant, but the waitress seemed more concerned with where I would be eating my wings. Whatdifference did it make as all of the chairs were empty. We had made reservations over six months ago at Wakulla Springs Lodge for their Thanksgiving Buffet. I called them a few days... before to make sure we were still on their list and much to my dismay, we were not! I called around in a panic and found thatthe few restaurants open for Thanksgiving were booked up. I was relieved when I called the Bistro and they said they were openon Thanksgiving and they were serving a buffet. We had eaten lunch there several times and were very pleased with their food.The buffet we had at the Bistro today for Thanksgiving far exceeded our expectations. Besides a good fresh salad bar, there werea good variety of entrees and side dishes expertly prepared by Chef Greg Brown. We believe that The Bistro buffet was as good asthe Wakulla Springs Lodge buffet. I understand they also serve a buffet on Easter and Mother's Day, which we're looking forwardto going to. Read more

My wife and I loved this establishment. Me are from Michigan and was visiting Florida Orlando, Tallahassee family reunion... weekend, and after our first horrible stay at another hotel , it was great to come to an environment which was relaxing andrefreshing, all the staff from management to housekeeping really have their shhh together and will definitely considering thishotel next time we're in tally for family oriented events. FOOD FROM ROOM SERVICE WAS AWEFUL! We ordered 2 salads, two bowls of chicken noodle soup, bruschetta, and the steak. The... lettuce in the salads were cut into inedible large strips and more importantly, had not been washed (we bit into grit... Whichis a huge health hazard). The soups did not have broth, but rather flavorless water. The steak was suppose to be cooked mediumrare... It was beyond well done. They offered a brownie and ice cream when we asked for salt to try to flavor the soup... whichwas delicious. So sad that the only thing we could eat in a 60+tip meal was the free brownie! Read more

The food is decent but seemed more like hotel food than restaurant food. Great for someone staying at the hotel that doesn't... want to go too far, but it's not really representative of the restaurant scene in town. Everything at Juicy Blues, from thedrinks to the appetizers to the entrees seemed just okay. The waiter was really kind and helpful though!! If you go for tapas, Irecommend the bruschetta. Read more

Stayed in the Four Points and headed down for some ordinary Hotel food , boy was I wrong. They brought their A game to the table... every night. The staff seemed to take the customer service to a whole new level and I was extremely pleased. I can say therefood was real food that will fill you up. It is reasonable in price and A++ in taste.
