I frequent this location and I?ve been trying to give them an opportunity to redeem each previous experience. They continue to... fail. I usually encounter the same two horrendous ladies at the drive thru window. One with gold teeth. One without. Both havemastered eye rolling, neck rolling, and teeth smacking. Stopped in Tallahassee and saw the hot doughnuts now sign on so it drew us in. There were 2 ladies working and I was the only... customer. I asked for a dozen hot doughnuts and the counter server rolled her eyes and seemed to be put out. Very rude customerservice. I said thank you and not a word came out of her mouth. How about training these people to be polite and show somecommon courtesies. Read more

This place had ladies that did not want to be working here. Talk about attitudes ???? if you don't want to work with customers... why pick a customer service job. They had an attitude the entire time. My mother is so sweet and they were all chick's with badattitudes I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION STAY AWAY BEWARE. Love their hot donuts! But there isn't a very good variety to choose from here. Staff were not very friendly and I had to ask... for napkins. Also if their hot donut sign is on you've got to ask them for the hot donuts or else they'll give you the olddonuts from early that morning unfortunately. Drive thru line was slow but not horrible. Rating as a 2 star because overall Ithink they need new management and employees that welcome their guests. I felt very unwelcome and questioned whether or not Ishould even spend money there unfortunately. Krispy Kreme used to be a family friendly place, too bad it's not anymore. :( Read more
