It was a 30 minute wait for cold food, and there was a hair in my biscuit. While I was waiting 30 minutes I was looking around... at the store conditions. Next time you go into this location you should look up, spiderwebs everywhere. As well as ac unitsdripping, while I was ordering the floor was sticking to my shoes everytime I would take a step forward. The floor in thekitchen looked liked it hadn?t been cleaned in weeks. All around just not a good time, the best part about this location was theguy who took my order, josh. He was very kind and answered questions I had, if you ask me he?s too good to work at a place likethat. Read more

All show, no go. If you have over an hour to kill before you ask about your food and they admit that the ovens aren't working.... This is the place for you. Ended up getting my money back and leaving empty handed. This location doesn't have a grasp onproactive customer service or the restaurant business in general. They have no problem charging top dollar for their product butsomehow find it impossible to actually deliver it. If you're looking for a place to eat go literally anywhere else. The ownerresponds to 5 start ratings on here but ignores the ones they can actually learn from. Do better. Read more

2nd time here and I'm not sure if I'll be back. First visit the food was decent. The 2nd visit was pretty bad. The gravy came... out like paste.. way too much flour. Management was nice and brought me the mushroom gravy instead which was horrible. Not surewhat they put in it maybe cayenne but it lit my mouth up and I eat spicy food. I wasn't sure if they were mad I sent the otherback bc it tasted like it was intentional. If not, they need new cooks bc the food is definitely suffering. Read more

We've eaten at Maple Street Biscuit company for years, and loved everything we've ever tried! Every single biscuit is amazing... (my all-time favorite has always been and will always be the Squawking Goat), and the new sides and meals they've added to themenu through the years are great as well. Read more

Vegetarian Gravy (A.K.A. Mushroom Gravy) has WAY too much pepper in it. You can get a taste of mushrooms, but the pepper nearly... smothers it. Biscuits were okay, nothing spectacular. Bacon was cooked nice and crispy, but each "strip" is basically half of aproper strip you'd get anywhere else. I'd eat here if invited by friends, but I'd never pick this place on my own. Read more

Really delicious! Perfectly fried and flavored chicken, great biscuits, sweet chili sauce was spot on, mushroom gravy was good... on everything, and the sausage balls are addicting! Read more

Was very hyped to visit, but fell short of a potential 5 star rating for me. The service was friendly but quite disorganized.... It seemed like they were missing a person or were busier than expected as our order came out staggered (party of 6) and the"drink station" for Covid- 19 protocol was not really manned except by an employee bouncing back and forth between kitchen anddrink station. I was looking very forward to the Squawking Goat as my dish to find out they did not have any Goat cheese at thelocation, so I went with my runner up choice, the Sticky Maple, which was quite tasty, but relied too heavily on the Sweetfactor for me to be a complete dish worth eating again. The biscuits were phenomenal though, the chicken nice and crispy but nottoo heavy or greasy, and the bacon on the sandwich very thick and hearty. They used a fantastically rich and dark and flavorfulmaple syrup that reminded me of the stuff from up in the northeastern U.S and Canada, but as previously mentioned, all pairedtogether made a very sweet dish that lacked umami. Everyone in my party did like their meals, though. Another issue weencountered was the dish my girlfriend got, the Sunny O'Ryan, had cheese in it although it did not mention it in the list ofingredients. She unfortunately has a dairy allergy and resorted to switching dishes with my sister, who's did not have anydairy. I would, despite a handful of small issues, try them again, but hopefully with much different result. Read more
