I was Mc WRONGED!!! I had one Mc plan today, and it was to buy one late night Mc Rib.. my McGoogle said that they were mc open... till 12, so joyfully. I got in my McCar and drove my Mc Happy self to the McDonald's. You wouldn't believe l what I saw outsidethe sign it said McRib is back! I sped up my car up the drive-through only to have my heart shattered and through the speaker Iheard. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we are Mc closed. My Mcdreams were shattered in that moment. Had a McDouble and the patties were cold. Also the spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy but it was freshly cooked. Fries were... great. Also the employees were very nice. Read more
Thought McDonald's was open as there was a line wrapped around the building and so I got in line. Waited over 20 minutes and... once I got to the ordering window they tell me that they are closed. I do not understand why they did not turn off the arch andhave a staff member just come out and wave to all the drivers wrapped around the building that they were closed. Instead, theywere waiting for each individual car to drive up one at a time and then pronounce that they were closed. Read more
Seriously the slowest drive thru we have ever been to. What a waste of time.
Usually quick about getting my food, but always check to make sure I get what I ordered. I ordered a SWEET tea today... 9/4/22...said it multiple times and still got UNsweet. Large drink totally wasted. Read more
Placed order from my phone in the store, and after I clicked submit and walked up to the counter, the employee immediately... acknowledged/greeted me and said they were making my order. A couple mins later I had my food and it was accurate and fresh. Really pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Read more
Horrible service. Staff don't even bother to say hello or thank you. Not the first time it's happened. Stopped in last night... and got the usual - no greeting, no smile, no thank you, etc. The girl on the drive through only said "What's your order?". Came to the drive up window to pay and no greeting, no smile and no thank you to me. Then I had to wait an excessively longtime for a single hamburger, fries and coke. No apology for the long wait. Young guy brings my bag to me as I wait in theparking lot. He just hands me the bag and walks off. Again, no greeting, no apology for the long wait, and especially no thankyou to me for buying something that helps pay their salaries. Didn't bother asking for a manager because I've done it before. Nothing changes. I understand many people don't care about what I'm complaining about. They just want their food. And that'sexactly why places like this behave the way they do and stay in business. That's their choice. I'll never go to anotherMcDonald's again. Chick-Fil-A may be more expensive but the service is off the charts. Read more
No quality control, poor management leading employees who don?t care! 2 hash browns were not hot and soggy. Round egg was runny,... mcGrittle was cold and hard. Forgot to give me my drink. I will not be back. I will not dine at another McDonald?s for a longtime. I am a salesman on the road a lot. Not my 1st terrible experience. What happened to consistency??
