I tried this place again 10/30/22 and not only was I ignored like I wasn't standing in their fa e waiting I witnessed the white... guy that wear a super big cuff in his pants drop his gloves pick them up and continue to put them on until I yelled back therefor him to use new gloves!!! This locate is ridiculous and management clearly doesn't care. Ordered a McDouble and I receivedsome old nuggets. The french fries were raw since they don't use the timer and guess when they are done, and this isn't thefirst or second time I've received them. I'm convinced every fast-food place in Tallahassee is subpar due to being in a collegetown and they will most likely eat anything and accept any kind of treatment. I've called multiple times and was hung up ontwice. Apparently management doesn't care whatsoever about the food they put out nor the super slow service no matter what timeof day I come!!! Read more
Person fixing sandwiches or the one who trained them, should be ashamed of themselves...I ordered 2fish filet sandwiches and... some other items. The buns were SOOOOO tough it was ridiculous...I had some other errands I needed to run after I brought mymom some lunch, so we fought through it. I scraped my filet off the bun and just ate the filet, but the cheese looked like ithad been baked into the bun, it was so old... TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! The store's floor was filled with dirty paper. Looked like a bunch of receipts. The burgers I ordered came up fast and tasted... ok. There were people going in and out from behind the counter. I think it was like a "dress down" day because no one had auniform but they still had smiles. No one was rude but not so attentive. I just think they needed a little more structure forthat moment. Order a happy meal and it was busy inside and drive thru.But everything was cold and soggy.I guess a child wouldn't... complain.However, it could be made my Goddaughter sick and it would be been blamed on me! Parent check your child food beforeeating temperature abused can cause your child vomiting ,stomach ache and diarrhea. Compromise immune system it could sendthem straight to the hospital. Individuals that work in McD.. that don't care about food rules and regulations don't need to bethere Point blank period. I waited 20 minutes for a 10 piece mcnugget and sweet iced tea. The nuggets where burned enough to remind me of hockey pucks... but the tea was good. The young lady taking the money even chose to ignore a question I'd asked, while looking at me...afterasking her 4x and staring at her, she finally answered. NEVER AGAIN...I'd rate a zero if I could! Just wanted two cups of coffee and took 25 minutes! Drive thru is a priority in lieu of inside. Cashier had to leave more... folks sranding in line and go put orders together. Had I not ordered and paid I would have left instead of waiting another 15minutes! I know help is hard to find, BUT I will NOT stop here again. Read more
I went to order 2(big mac's today and they wasn't hot,dry, cheese wasn't melted. Also when I got my reorder they was no better... than the first two. The same thing. I was so very upset with how they handle my food. Read more
