I pulled up to lane 1 (no other cars behind me). Employee says over speaker "give me a minute." OK. I sit. I wait. 3 minutes go... by. A car pulls up into lane 2, and they immediately take her order! Asked for 2 $3.00 bundle meals. When we got to the window to pay she said our total was $14.00. We again repeated that we... wanted 2 $3.00 bundle meals. She simply could not process it. So when we got our food at the 2nd window there were 3 meals. Sowe had to come inside for them to credit our debit card back. McDonald's is never had outstanding service but this wasridiculous. They forgot my straw but overall with the timing it was great.
Ordered in store kiosk. Didn?t get receipt. Asked for one and was told the order is on the screen. Kiosk flashed order number in... 700s, yep 700s on screen. Ok. I?ll get a receipt with food maybe. People order and left, drive through clears, I?m standingthere. Ask fee receipt again. Somebody that knew what they were doing got it for me. I?ve been waiting 30min now according tothe receipt. Same new girl that couldn?t get me a receipt did something somehow in clearing out my order from the back. Oncestaff realizes what had happen, food comes out in a minute or two. They apologize but offer nothing for my horrible delay. Thisis what I get for trying to cut corners and save time for kids breakfast. Make food at home! I went through the drive thru and it was slow as hell. No one was at the first window to take my payment, I drove up to the next... and they couldn't take my method of payment. They told me I would have to drive back around in order to pay. They weren't there!I wasn't going come all the way back around, wait in line to pay for the food that was waiting for me all that time. I just leftthe food and went elsewhere. I shoulda known better than to give McDonald's a chance, they've not been good in any capacity in along time. Read more
The whole staff was replaced a few months ago due to slow and bad service. New staff came in and did really good for roughly a... couple months. Now they are up to their old ways. Slowly they have reverted back. Today has forced me to leave a review. Weordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. The sandwiches only had chicken, bread and pickles. Also the chicken wasvery mushy. The fries had both been thrown upside down in the bag. On top of the 15 minute wait that it took to get it. Everyonebehind us was waiting as long as well. We are not even eating the sandwiches. The lady that took our order kept saying is thatit? After my husband ordered each item. Then when she took our money she didnt say a word and slammed the window shut as myhubby said thank you. If you want the worst McDonalds and service you have ever had, than this is the place for you. My husband and I went to this location for a quick lunch. He was given the wrong sandwich. And when he went to bring it back in... the cashier threw it away. Her coworker told her that ?we don?t throw them away. Take it out of the trash and place it on theheatchute.? And the employee did. That is so gross and disgusting. You never keep what someone brings in, you never know whatsomeone would do to a sandwich. We will never return to this location. Read more
This is one of the worst McDonald's. The speakers weren't working, we waited in line for 10 minutes, then left because it never... moved. This location is always out of regular menu items and their ice cream machine is never in order. Read more
