I got this Chinese take out for first time last night and it was satisfactory. The General Tso's hit the spot but I was pretty... drunk. The Crab Rangoon was insincere. Lo Mein heavy like spagetty Read more

I could not believe how good the food was. It's NOT a typical cheap Chinese restaurant. The food was bountiful and affordable... and tasted divine. Get the wonton soup and don't ask questions. It's got veggies and proteins and will change your life. Alsoget the spicy noodles appetizer. You're welcome. Read more

Two strikes and they?re out - overcooked my food badly twice! Heard great things on my quest to try every Chinese place in town,... and the first time they outright burned my food. Hearing such great reviews I thought it must be a fluke, but I came back and myfood was yet again way over cooked. Last time I couldn?t eat all of it due to the burning, this time it was legitimately hard tochew the General Tso?s it was so well done. Potentially due to poor quality chicken with a ton of breading? I like that they usea good bit of pepper, but two strikes is all they?ll get from me for $15 for chef Specialty plates. I thought the fried rice wassomewhat bland too. Maybe I?m the unlucky one, but they?re 0/2 with me. Read more

Not sure what happened to this place it used to be excellent?tonight?s meal of sweet n sour chicken and other basic staples was... all over cooked and of poor quality ingredients. Even the fortune cookies were over done! How does that even happen? Fastcurbside and service got the 2 stars otherwise it was a zero!???? Read more

As a first time customer, I am severely disappointed with Ming Tree. The chicken and broccoli came in a water sauce and the... chicken was undercooked, since I am pregnant, I could not enjoy the semi-cooked chicken dish and I am glad I checked beforeeating. The fried rice was dry and bland. The egg roll was the best part of the meal. Portion sizes are standard too. I wouldnormally give a restaurant a second chance but the uncooked chicken coupled with the unpleasant waitress over the phone, I willprobably stick with Emerald Garden. Read more

The best Chinese food in Tallahassee! The interiors are not fancy but the food is delicious and simple. It has been our staple... to go Chinese restaurant for a few years. Our family favorites include the Hunan Chicken and Pepper Steak. Read more

Minus one star for bugs in our water. Minus another star for no dumplings on the menu (even though there is a category called... "dim sum"). The Ming Tree has a long history in Tallahassee in various locations and this location carries on the name. Bringyour own beer or wine. This is a low-key restaurant in a tucked away strip mall. The food is very flavorful and the service isefficient. Take out is available, as is table service. Read more
