First time at this particular Panda Express. They did not put any teriyaki sauce in our bag so my son had to go up and ask for... some and they completely ignored him until my husband walked up there and said something. What terrible service and the foodwas dry! Will not be returning to this one again! Read more

It's hit and miss. Ensure your food is FRESH, they will serve dried out food, instead of getting rid of it. NOT what I want to... pay for. Food is usually good, but again. Hit or miss. Definetly say something, it's the only way they know and gives chanceto correct it. Read more

This was my first time trying Panda Express and it was decent I Ordered the 2 entree and 1 side plate With the orange chicken... and the peppered chicken the meat portions was truly disrespectful considering the amount of rice given . It just made no sensethe flavor was great as far as the orange chicken i felt as though the peppered chicken was a bit too strong I Had To mask thetaste with the teriyaki sauce . The chances of me going back is very slim not all that bad though . Read more

Doordash says they take orders until 8:30pm. Placed my order at 8:20pm and it was rejected. Obviously, cards are charged and... you're basically just out of that money until your bank returns it. Not fair that this location stops orders earlier thanexpected, and customers are forced to wait for their money to be returned. This is not Doordash's fault. The funniest part aboutit all, when this location gets shut down because people are afraid to return after a bad experience, employees will be upsetthey're losing their jobs. If you don't want to work because the pay is low and you won't value your job, don't accept theposition. Hiring managers need to do better too! Pure laziness. Read more

The food was good or as expected.. The rice however was bad.. I mean really bad. None of us ate it as my friend thought his' was... hard because it was old. But they'd bought out new rice when my sister and I got our plates. Needless to say ours was bad aswell. Not flavor but undercooked. I opted in for the bee Angus Beef for $1 more and it was really good. We all got waters andour food togo. Read more

Constantly runs out of food (especially their most popular dishes). The cashiers offer no explanation for the shortage,no... apologies, and no discounts or comps to make up for their constant shortages or to provide incentive for return customers. Ilose more money taking pickup orders from this location than I earn, and after tonight's fiasco, when it pops up in my deliveryapp, I will decline the pickups from here on out, and will I ever patronize this establishment as a personal customer.
