Called and ordered some pizza for the family they messed up my order then offer to give me the pepperoni to put on it myself. I... know we are in the middle of a pandemic with this coronavirus and we have to wear masks inside of a business, however when Iwalked in I noticed nobody in the back making pizzas had on any gloves including the manager. We are ordered online on a Friday night. We were provided with a 50 minute delivery time. We were at the house 50 minutes... later. After other 15 minutes, so one hour and 15 minutes after we order the pizza, we called the store to inquired as to thestatus of the order. We told that the driver was at our house for 20 minutes and called both of our cell phones. Neither of ushad a missed call, nor a text message. There is no way that the diver was at our house for 20 minutes, unless they were way offon their delivery times. Either way, if they say the pizza will be delivered in 50 minutes, then it should be delivered in 50minutes. When I called to inquire as to the status of the order, the manager was rude and would not give me the general manager. Will never order from Papa John's again. Read more
Called 6:38 was told an hour for delivery. Called back at 7:52 and was told my 1 pizza was out for delivery. Doorbell rang,... pizza dropped at front door like delivery package?
