It's Thursday night, I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheesy breadsticks. Over 2 hours later after multiple phone calls found... out the driver left the pizza outside the door and never told us. Pizza was delivered cold. Only told they could give store credit which I did not want because I'm not ordering from them again... because they use door dash who doesnt keep the food hot. The food was out for delivery for over 30 minutes and arrived cold. Italso wasn't supposed be the new foldable pizza but it was cut into way too many slices to do that. Asked for a refund they saidonly if I drove the pizza back to them. I just paid for it to be delivered so I don't feel it is right to make me drive it back.I asked for them to send someone back to pick it up and they said they "could not do that because it would be an inconvenienceto them" as if my dinner I just paid for being cold when I received it wasn't inconvenient for me?? They said they delivered itwithin their allotted time frame, I said that was fine but asked is it supposed to arrive hot they said yes and I said well itdidn't and the reply I got back was a huff noise. Great pizza and bread sticks. Pizza is as good as it was 27 years ago when I once worked there. Prices have changed though.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I ordered my food online the money came out of my bank account. When I showed... up they had no record of my order and would not make my pizza unless I paid them again. Even when I showed them proof of theorder confirmation and the money coming out of my bank account. I asked to speak to the general manager and she was useless. Shewas more worried about $22 than giving good customer service. They just stole my money. Read more

don't care for doordash, pizza 2 hours late and app eventually said canceled. once I called manager said would send out again,... order came on time from doordash this time. Store itself is great, manager came through when doordash did not, would recommendbypass doordash and carry out though. my own doordash experience 4 out of 5 times at various restaurants as been poor withproducts never arriving. I love this location!! The delivery driver (a young lady) is so nice and friendly. The food tastes amazing and they have the... best and fastest service out North Monroe. I?ve ordered from the competition (Domino?s) before and a few months ago theydelivered my pizza to the wrong house and hung up on me. I vowed never to order there again. Ordered a pizza and paid online. When I arrived they refused to honor the price, tried charging me a higher price, and threw his... hands up and said there was nothing he could do. Walked out and went Hungry Howie's. So: if you order and paid online and haveyour receipt, be prepared to pay more at this location as they won't honor the price. Edit: the lower price was charged to mycard, though I didn't take the pizza because they wanted to charge the higher price in the store. I contacted the store managerand corporate customer service.
