The employees were not friendly at all. They didn't properly tell us anything one cashier would talk to us off in a distant. I... really didn't enjoy my food, chicken wasn't all that great, fries was cold and the mashed potatoes wasn't even a full cup. Igave it to my baby thats how much was in there (a tease). Customer service needs so much improvement!!!!!! I am the easiest person to get along with and I guess because I am in a field... where I deal with people all day and give good customer service I'm particular when I go to a professional place of business. Iexpect to be given the same service I would give. Like a smile, welcome to (the business I'm at) how may I help you, etc. Youknow nothing out of the norm. Then after you get the attitude your order is not right lol! I'm not joking. All that was orderedwas a sandwich and it wasn't made right. Food was good, Staff were too busy joking around to pay attn to what they were doing, an elderly lady ordered sweet tea, when... she tried it was not sweet, she told them and they all burst out laughing ?? They already knew the tea in lobby was unsweet eventho it was in the sweet can. I ordered the #4 with 5 tenders, got home there were only 4, no biscuit and they charged $15.02 !!For the meal. On September 5th 2022 at 10:06pm. I went to get some food from Lake Bradford Popeyes. I went to the door. A male and female... employee looked at me and laugh. One employee said they ran out of food. Then another employee said their closed. At 10:06? Theysupposed to closed at 11pm... I notice a lot of stores doing that. Read more

Went through the drive-thru to get a 2 piece spicy combo with mashed potatoes and added a jalapeno pepper. I get home, open the... bag and this is what I discovered. No biscuit, no spoon and my jalapeno was inside the bag (unwrapped) next to box with myorder. How hard is it to get an order right? ???? Read more
