Forgot to cook haystack onions for my order, so the burger got cold as I had to wait. The mushroom truffle burger was dried out... as it had few mushrooms and little truffle mayo on it. Very mid burger. Had to remind them that ranch dressing was supposed tocome with haystack onions. Had been over a year since I visited because they were slow and mid. This restaurant was so disappointing. I?ve never had such a bad experience. I walk in, and there?s no one up front to be seen,... there are also two dirty tables. I finally see everyone in the back talking and eventually someone came up to take my order.Very poor customer service. I had never been to Smashburger, and needless to say, I won?t be back. Burgers taste good but are super expensive for the size they come in we paid $23 dollars for two classic burgers and fries.
It was our first time visiting Smashburger and it was pretty good! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and their... rosemary fries were AMAZING. We got the mushroom and swiss burger, which was good quality, it was just lacking the wow factorwhen it came to flavor. Totally worth checking out. Read more
Smash Burger definitely has it's place with some particular burger options and seasoning options for the fries. The menu is... pretty simple lacking the overwhelming number of menu items you may find at other burger joints. However I think the portionsare a bit on the small side, especially for the price. Taste wise this place is great if you want a good tasting burger. Read more
What!!!! A burger for 3.99 that taste fresh and delicious? We where very surprised how good the triple double was. It's not very... big but very fresh and tasty. We will be going back for the burger.
