This was my first Sonnys experience ever. I ordered Brisket (sliced), wings, and St Louis Ribs. Overall the food was great, but... I would not order the St. Louis Ribs again. If one is familiar with Sonny's, then this unit is on par with many of those in which I have eaten. The food was good, the... service was good, thanks to Jimmy, our wait person (in training). You should do well. The restaurant was clean, as we're therest rooms. I ventured out and tried the Sampler to taste 4 meats in the same meal. Shredded pork, sliced brisket were myfavorites, but the 1/4 chicken and 2 ribs were also good. 2 sides and a corn bread muffins also fresh and good too. All for$17!! Not bad. My husband and I Stopped in today and ordered the new item, create your bowl. It wasn't something we will order again, just our... preference. The waiter brought our check, and I asked about the senior discount, she said manager told her the "bowls" werepromotional and did not qualify for the discount. This is a good Sonny’s! Expect the quality and consistency you would of a Sonny’s, so if you like their work you’ll be... pleased here. All 6 of us had a good experience, and our waitress was super great! She ended up comping the redneck eggrolls(which are awesome) since they somehow got left off the check and she didn’t want to make us wait to rerun it! Read more
Perfect experience, the waitress was by far one of the best we've had, she must have asked us 8-10 times if all was ok or of we... needed something else, extremely friendly, was awesome. The food was delicious, the 2 for 1 tap beer was cold...over all therewas nothing i could say that was negative, good food, good service, cold beer...what more could u ask for...oh and it wasreasonably priced as well, with leftovers! Excellent lunch meal at this location. The Cuban Sandwich and fresh slaw was amazing. I was seated on the patio which was a nice... treat. The service was a bit disappointing meaning no drink refills or extra sauce I requested. Overall a good experience Read more
We always have a good experience at Sonny's. Their barbecue is always the best. Their sides complement the BBQ and keep us... coming back for more. If you like tea, Sonny's has some of the best sweet tea anywhere. If you can't stop in, order ahead anddrive through Sonny's for some good ole Southern style BBQ that will satisfy that hankerin.
