Could not take credit cards at the time so i went to an Atm. It gave me large bills. So after waiting 25 minutes a second time i... was instructed no large bills over a 20. I offered a big tip even to use a 100 dollar bill still no success. There were only 2employees working and both seemed to hate this job. Read more
Drive thru gave me straight warm milk when I told her I'm trying to get a Mocha, I went inside and got my drink remade but then... the lady making drinks didn't fill my cup up, I ordered the biggest cup and she basically gave me a medium. I honestly don'tknow what to call this service. Read more
Customer service was bad, we order a drink and it took over 30 minutes. They made drinks for the people who came in 15 minutes... after us. We checked with cashier and they just finger pointed at each other. Read more

The drinks are good but if you park and go in the eat and order drinks....you will be done eating before you ever get your... drinks because they concentrate on drive through vs the walk-in. They do not fill drinks in the order they are placed. Myfamily had 2 drinks and 1 came out 15 min before the other. I tried to ask the guy up front about my order and he was just shortand rude. We won't be back. With the recession the way it is those people are lucky their establishment is still doing good. Read more
I go to star bucks and dunkin more than I would like to admit . The young lady working this morning was extra friendly and did... an amazing job. I usually stay away from larger drinks because they dont seem to have the same taste. This morning I needed thatpick me up so I went with the larger coffee and let me tell you she did amazing!!!!! One of the most efficient Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Had probably 16-20 backed up when I walked in. Woman at the register was... pleasant and helpful. Folks making drinks knocked out the line in less than 3-5 minutes. Was really impressive. Great teameffort. Read more
Stopping in at 10:30 on a Sunday I expected it to be busy but it was simply overrun. Took about 30 minutes for 2 coffees (and no... food). Staff was working hard just overwhelmed. Read more
