I usually love going here but I just went through and ordered a ?venti Pink drink light ice? and received pretty much just... coconut milk with ice. It has no flavor and there are no strawberries in it. They didn?t tell me they were out of strawberrieseither. I?m okay with no strawberries but the drink it self barely has any açaí in it and just tastes and looks like coconutmilk. A waste of my money. Read more

Usually is my go to spot because the drinks are great even if the customer service is always not but this morning for me to have... my drink remade four times and being told there is a Starbucks standard and they could only do so much extra which is completelyunderstandable but that does not mean to your liking as an employee I was told by this man he is the trainer to the Barista andhe knows how to make every drink by hand also I don?t understand why I had to wait 47 minutes I did not receive my sticker on mycup or a receipt on top of my drink still being horrible I did not feel comfortable with going back in once again Read more
This is my go-to Starbucks in Tallahassee. This location has been the most consistent in quality service and I often enjoy... talking with the employees there. Most of the time, if they are out of something, they communicate it. If they mess up, theyacknowledge and will fix it. Overall they are just typically more pleasant and the drinks of consistently higher quality thanother locations. Now, getting into, parking, and the drive thru at this Starbucks is awful. But that is due to location anddesign of the lot as well as people not understanding how to drive. While I despise it and hope something can be done to improveit, I won't take it out on the store and workers. Sometimes there may be more convenient locations but I know I can typicallyget a good drink at this location with friendly service. That's worth it! Overpriced coffee, entitled employees with poor dispositions and ridiculously long wait. If I purchase a Starbucks product... again, I'll stick to the bottles or can from the convenience store. At least the people are pleasant. Read more
Friendly staff, quick service and the drinks have all been great! However, the reason for 3 stars is location. This is easily... one of the worst locations I?ve seen for a Starbucks. It?s on one of the busiest roads (Tennessee St.) and right on anintersection. The traffic here can get really bad, especially when everyone?s trying to get Starbucks. Read more
In my opinion. Starbucks is pretty consistent. This store holds very close to what you would expect. They pack a lot of tables... in a small space so some seating is tight. Also, the parking lot is a bit small as well. The staff is friendly enough. Read more
Great faculty with staff. Tough to visit as often as I would like because it is hard to get into...such a small lot and car line... is too long to deal with when you are in a rush to get to work. Read more
