Ordered through the app on May 28th and was called by Shawna from the store right after placing the order telling me they... decided to close early, my food would not be made and my order refunded/voided. Here we are over a month later and I stillhave not received a refund for $20.95 despite several attempts at contacting the customer care line that the employees at thestore insist is the only way to be refunded. No response has been received from anyone from this franchise or corporate as theyseem fine with committing theft/fraud because of a situation that they caused Customer Service is obviously non existent as acustomer should not have these issues when the problem is caused by the store. So i was working in the area for a week and i went here to eat for 3 days in a row. They dont have hand sanitizer, NO soap in... the mens bathroom. Im convinced they do not clean their restrooms now. They didnt have bacon...how? And everyone else who workswears a mask except the owners, a couple that obv own it and are also disgustingly dirty and cheap.
