Ordered through the app on May 28th and was called by Shawna from the store right after placing the order telling me they... decided to close early, my food would not be made and my order refunded/voided.  Here we are over a month later and I stillhave not received a refund for $20.95 despite several attempts at contacting the customer care line that the employees at thestore insist is the only way to be refunded. No response has been received from anyone from this franchise or corporate as theyseem fine with committing theft/fraud because of a situation that they caused Customer Service is obviously non existent as acustomer should not have these issues when the problem is caused by the store. Every time we order from them they do not know what goes in the subs. If you order a All American sub they give a subway club or... Italian sub. It's sad when you don't even know your own subs. Read more

So i was working in the area for a week and i went here to eat for 3 days in a row. They dont have hand sanitizer, NO soap in... the mens bathroom. Im convinced they do not clean their restrooms now. They didnt have bacon...how? And everyone else who workswears a mask except the owners, a couple that obv own it and are also disgustingly dirty and cheap. They have the only fast foodplace so they think this is ok...its not...stay away from here...Food Inspectors nightmare Read more

It's always clean when I'm inside, they do a good job at making sure your subs are the way you want them. Night crew has been... better than day crew in my experience, but both are very polite!! Read more

I ordered a deluxe sub online. I was given a regular sub but charged for a deluxe. I have called customer service three times.... Twice they promised the franchise owner would respond within 48 hours. The third time they said the regional manager wouldrespond. None of those things happened. They will rip you off and ignore complaints. If you want a sub, do not order it online.They will cheat you. I should also note my online order wasn?t even noticed until I got there and asked for it. They told methey didn?t have any orders, but when they actually looked, it was there. They don?t know the difference between green peppersand jalapeño peppers, either Read more

Excellent staff. They take the time to make it right. I love the new ultimate Italian but this is the only subway of several... I've tried (both in Florida and Georgia) that take the time to toast the butter and cheese before adding the meat then toastingagain. That step makes all the difference so that the bread isn't soggy. The management obviously cares and it shows from hiringto food products. Read more
