Refused service because we asked for more lettuce on salad. Service was poor. Rude. Avoid this place at all costs
It is always clean when I go and the people have always been pleasant. The food is always good and fresh. Love the cookies.
Been there a few times and the order is almost always wrong. Be prepared if you order online...you will be shorted on a lot of... items (i.e. one small piece of cheese, or 2 olives). Removing my app and going back to Firehouse. Read more
Good food. However, the service was not the best. The server placed toppings on my husband's Black Forest Ham sandwich. She... asked me what toppings I wanted on my Tuna sandwich but it was for the wrong sandwich. She, of course, apologized and placedthe toppings on my husband's sandwich on my sandwich. Typically, the server would start and make new sandwiches but I made anexception. Read more

Twice in one week I ordered meatball subs online and arrived to find that the Subway was out of meatballs! The workers could not... substitute the meat or offer a giftcard. I was just out of luck?! The first time, the workers could not even void thetransaction and thus I lost $7.50. I will have to file a chargeback. Read more
Got a 6 inch veggie sub on Italian herb and cheese bread. It was so good...I said was because I basically inhaled it!
