08/01/2022 10:33 am i saw a customer walk in and go to the restroom the employee started cussing and beating on the door and... yelled at the man even when he was leaving.. same employee i've watched call the police on a homeless man and lie on him statinghe was trying to break in the store and brag about how she brings her gun to work just in case somebody does decide to dosomething about her actions.. i spoke with the customer asked him if he was okay and chose not to spend my money here. It was lunch time and when I walked in the line was 5 people deep with the current customer giving a huge order. Misty, the... manager, moved that line! She kept things organized even while training a new worker and she did it like a real professional. Ihope she gets the shout she deserves because she did y?all proud. The employees are nice but often the online orders don't get made properly or at all.
Did an online order, which according to the app should've only took 20 minutes to prepare actually took almost an hour, got a... message saying my food was ready for pick up and when I got there, neither was it ready or did they even start to prepare it. Iended up using my entire lunch break waiting on my food to be prepared inside the restaurant which defeated the whole purpose ofonline ordering. Staff wasn't friendly, green peppers were old, & they didn't have what I originally ordered through the app &they were out of every drink except soda. Highly disappointed & a horrible experience. I drove 15 minutes to get here at 12:30am because the google listing says this location is open 24HRS?. It was in fact, not... open. I?ve managed several businesses and it isn?t hard to change your google listing to reflect your actual hours ofoperation. I just moved here from Houston & I will be sure not to visit this location when it IS open, simply because youcouldn?t even give your customers the courtesy of accurate information. Read more
I realize Subway is fast food, but it has a place. This particular day was one that would make you decide not to go again. The... sandwiches had no taste, and the sole worker was not friendly, actually bordering on rude. Customer service was horrible. I would give negative stars if I could. Read more
