I used to love this food truck. I love the food. However the new employees have terrible communication. I ordered a plate and... after I ordered and payed the cashier proceeds to tell me they don?t have any of the things I wanted to order( crab cakes andchicken strips) after that she said she will refund it. I told her that I was using a prepaid card and asked will the money goback instantly because if not the card will decline and she said yes. I let her do the refund then the money does not go backinstantly. Then she asks me to pay for the new order. But the money isn?t on the card.. she didn?t offer an apology for her lackof communication and I needed up not eating anything for my lunch break. They are always running out of things and not makingthat clear on the menu. If you don?t have it let it be known on the menu BEFORE we order. Read more
